My Zed, bless its little cotton socks, has been away for a week being converted to a manual and having its MOT So i called C&S Wood today to hear that it was all ready to go, MOT passed, oil changed and ready to collect on saturday... Im like a child at xmas Thanks so much to people who have helped me out and given me info over the last few days John (ricey racer) my subs have expired and altho i paid its not come right again, so hopefully you have my number... lol because i now cant get to yours :( Pete... all was great with those two parts, Phil managed to fit it with no trouble. just a quick film review in case anyone in interested there are very few films i have applauded at the end but this was one. bravo to the wierd genius that is tim burton and thank god someone has the balls to make something different. it's a funny, dark, disturbing musical - a cross between edward scissor hands and donnie darko i feel fulfilled and at the same time a bit dirty a marvellous film - everyone should see it but perhaps only ONCE regards, alex

Having got sick and tired of sports cars and the fact i love my Calton, im going to go from 2 cars down to 1, im basing the above amount on the amount I will be able to sell a working 300zx for, plus a Carlton Diplomat, minus cost to fix said 300zx. :headvswal Bought a £180 digital photography camera from currys for my girlfriend as a Christmas present. And four months down the line was going to use it to take some pics............and i dropped it :headvswal , when I switch it on the LCD screen looks cracked and comes up with a zoom error code! As some of you know i've been in hospital for another op on my leg, and my Z has been sitting in the garage for over 3 weeks untouched. I have read that a few of you have had trouble starting your Z's after a week of so, so you can imagine how much i was shitting it when my mate turned the key. But i had no need to worry as it started first turn. God i love my Z, just want to be able to drive it, only 2 and a half months to go..........:( My VW Passat (Daily driver) on the other hand needed a battery pack to get started.........Piece of shite........... :p Rich:D

I work as an architect in a property developers in Chelsea (welcome to nose http://www.abnassetti.com ) but my DREAM job would be to work with cars (suprise for an owners club forum post!!). Im not talking working my arse off as a mechanic all day but having a performance and styling garage where i'd employ people to work on cars and bring in the cash os i could wonder around the garage and tinker with my own car all day.. What would you do as a job to make you happy????? (not talking about money either!!! )

Does anyone know of a company that can do this? I used to know a company near Ledbury that used to do this as they built a lot of props and sets for TV/Film. Unfortunately, I don't have their details anymore. Few bits of interior trim I want spray chroming. Door handles namely. Can't be bothered to faff around with fitting Terrano II ones. Besides, I might get the glovebox handle done too.

Just a quickie, i'm in Cairns and its furkin hot. Flight was a grueller (sp) and I spent a whole day yawning, nothing that a couple of cold ones didn't cure. Well I'm sat beside the pool at the mo on the laptop and i am melting in the 33 deg heat, if the lap top was waterproof i would be sat in the pool I can tell you. Well i have seen 5 Zeds so far only one was a TT but cars are pretty much plain over here, maybe Brisvagas will be more colourful. Anyway I'm going in the pool now so see you later when I'm in my permanant digs with some pics. Scrawni.

I need a Pickup that will get the family in, I've been looking about and there are some lovely examples about but which one is right? I suppose really fuel econemy is important as it is carrying the weekend hobby around the country. I am at the moment leaning towards the Ranger but your guidance would be apprieciated. What are the difference betwee the L.E.D's on the picture and a normal L.E.D with 2 prongs? Cheers Vijay
