General Discussions - Non 300ZX

Anyone advise me on a decent set? My offside front Spring has gone on my daily driver (GT TDI) and rather than just replace the stock spring, I was considering doing what i should have done a while ago and drop it 40mm all round so it handles a little better... Anyone recommend a decent spring or kit manufacturer for the Mk4 Golf??? I'm looking at Koni, Eibach and Spax but there is a 'Jamex' make that i've come accross in a couple of sites that seem to look ok and be recommended by a couple of forums and the price is keen....Quality and function is what i'm after rather than cheap crap though...anyone got any thoughts for me?

It's a CD I've had for a long time that was given to me by a photograpy company and I've never been able to open the films. I was given it quite a few years ago no and don't have anyone there who could answer my questions. This CD has a number of files which I beleive to either be image files or articles from a newsprint application. Here's a screen shot of some of the information. Just wondering if anyone's recognised it. I've searched the web with little results.

Alright folks, ive been offered a fto quite cheap and was considering getting rid of the z and the escort and just having the one car. I hardly get to drive the z and its been faultless since ive had it. I know ill regret getting rid of the z but has anyone any here owned a fto and would like to give me their thoughts? Do they rust in a particular lpace or have common problems that i should look out for? It has been parked up for a good while so ill have to take her for a spin and have a good look around it. Anyone here got an IPod shuffle? Mine works, ie, when plugged into a computer, but the minute you try and play anything through the headphones, it switches off and refuses to play. I've checked online and ran the Reset tool that Apple have on their site, but it's made no difference. Anyone got any ideas? Cheers
