Hi, This is one for anyone who is or works with a MOT tester. I'm going away for two weeks and during this period the MOT on my Jeep is due. How far ahead of the due date can you arrange for a MOT to be done and will the test certificate be valid from the original due date or the date at which the test is conducted? Many thanks! Dan

As well as my Zed I also have a 200sx (s13). thinking of having roof chopped-off to make a soft-top. Have seen pics of Nissan approved 'Onevia' and 240 sx (american) and they look good- have wanted 4 seat(ish) open-top for some years. Anyone on here who can recommend a bodyshop/conversion company to do the work or know of a factory car for sale?

I've been sitting here for 10 mins listening to this and it's just unf**king believable how good it is. Basically a guy has taken various clips from youtube of people playing instruments, singing etc and spliced and edited them together to make an album. You have to listen to it to understand but hats off, if the internet was invented to create something amazing this is it :D  Just listen to the first 3 tracks and you'll be hooked :D http://thru-you.com/#/videos/1/ EDIT: yes i know i spelt speechless wrong si

A girly I know bought this for her boyfriend and then went and broke up with him so she has this rally day going begging. They use Imprezas there so should be good, fast fun! There is a few centres to do it at apparently. I think it cost her a couple of hundred quid but will take £175. It expires in October this year. Can anyone help her out? I would buy it off her myself but am way too short on funds at the mo! I guess I could use mine! Justin

  13. Anyone got any ideas, its got to be fun, or quirky, powerful, or a nice cruiser. I've seen a 3.5 legend, 540 bmw, lexus ls400, audi 2.6, even looked at a turbo rover vitesse. Come on people, whats fun + reasonably reliable?

I was thinking tonight about the Dodge Viper and its three spoke wheels. In my opinion it was one of the only cars that came out of the factory with 3 spoke wheels that actually suited it. What other cars came out of the factory with three spoke wheels on them?

I took out a fully comp policy on my old zed just one month before my accident. The insurance has now paid out but are still pursuing a county council for black ice/no grit on a major section of the A47. The only thing I am looking for is having the "at fault" removed from my records. As I'd had the policy for less than month before my car was written of I was wondering if I would be entitled to a refund on the policy for the rest of the year? Bit cheeky of me but does anyone know? cheers dave

  20. Christ on a bike there's a lot of choice out there. This is definately not my area so I thought I'd ask for some advice, particularly after reading several reviews of units that buyers were unhappy with (poor, weak material...stiff or small range of articulation...etc). Essentially I'm in the middle of setting up my home recording studio (nothing overly flash, a small amount of very good outboard equipment paired with a very good computer). I'm looking to attach a dual monitor set-up to the main (brick) wall to make working in Cubase a lot easier (tracks in one monitor, mixer and instruments in the other for example...I've only got the one monitor at the moment, a 20…

BURGLARY IN FLORIDA (You just can't make this stuff up!!) When southern Florida resident Nathan Radlich's house was burglarized recently, thieves ignored his wide screen plasma TV, his DVD player, and even left his Rolex watch. What they did take, however, was a generic whitecardboard box filled with a grayish-white powder. (That's the way the police report described it.) A spokesman for the Fort Lauderdale police said that it looked similar to high grade cocaine and they'd probably thought they'd hit the big time. Later, Nathan stood in front of numerous TV cameras and pleaded with the burglars: 'Please return the cremated remains of my sister, Gertru…
