Back in November my mitsi L200 ground to a halt and wouldn't restart any way long story short had it checked by mitsi dealer blown ecu due to heater matrix leak cost of new ecu, immobiliser (coded to ecu) two transponders and heater matrix fitted £2000 inc VAT just wondering if anyone might no can I get away with fitting 2nd hand ecu and use existing immobiliser and transponders allowing ecu to recode it. Tried asking this on L200 Owners club :headvswal .

I've been away for quite a while so I just thought I'd post a quick hello to everyone and also say a big thank you to all those who wished me well during what's been a pretty terrible couple of months. It's only been the last couple of weeks that I've started feeling vaguely human again after my health (my Crohns) took a major nosedive before Christmas. I ended up bouncing in and out of hospital and it all got pretty serious for a short while as operation No. 12 was looking likely, one that due to the frankly appalling state of my insides would have proved to be both dangerous and ultimately life-changing. Thankfully, it appears I've dodged that particular bullet at…

I would like to introduce you to a new forum. : http://www.drivershallofshame.co.uk It may or may not be for some of you but regardless please spread the word. It's my little project and lets you name and shame bad drivers, the ones who normally get away with it on a daily basis. Any feedback is welcome and appreciated. Let's hope no one on here is spotted! Thanks for looking. Become a fan on Facebook >>> http://www.facebook.com/pages/Drivers-Hall-Of-Shame/283974504987?ref=ts

Hi all, this is the biggest news event of the century, but I couldn't see any coverage here? Basically, top government funded climate scientists have been twisting their data to falsify global warming. Their private data was hacked a couple of days ago, and is now all over the internet, such as the quotes below... “I tried hard to balance the needs of the science and the IPCC , which were not always the same.” (http://www.anelegantchaos.org/cru/emails.php?eid=794). “I can’t see either of these papers being in the next IPCC report. Kevin and I will keep them out somehow – even if we have to redefine what the peer-review literature is !” (http://www.anelegantchao…

Looks like I've just knacked the Rover!! Just driving to work and lost all drive in it! Managed to 'coast' into the next village and a lay-by, but now don't have any drive at all. Theres a wherring noise untill you put the clutch in, but nothing else. Not best pleased as it looks/sounds expensive, which means that the money from the zed fund will have to be diverted 'AGAIN' to sorting my daily driver out :cursing: Every bloody time I have some money together to sort Eliza out something f***ing goes wrong :censored:

Any help appreciated folks. I've made no changes or installed anything new but a couple of days ago I struggled to get some websites to load up, thought nothing of it and assumed there was something wrong with my broadband supply and it would be sorted but unfortunately not. Its a bit strange because its only some sites some of the time. When I've got the problem I might try to go on ebay, gumtree, facebook or log in to hotmail and it will not actually time out but it will never actually fully load the page (after login info entered for hotmail, nearly all others its any page) at the same time I can get on here no probs, can go to google fine and lots of others…

Has anyone seen an attractive looking Peugeot lately? I was watching a news article about some of the Toyota recalls, these are affecting PSA in Poland too where the C1 and 107 are produced....just got me thinking how revolting and ungainly they now all look with their stupid over sized grilles and out of proportion body lines. Their car selection as faced when you look at their home page looks more like a group of failed audition entrants from Rude Dog and the Dweebs...just look at this collection of cretinous looking vehicles. I mean, can anyone honestly say when the look at this lot 'those cars look cool'...? Rumour has it that Peugeot designers we…
