I have had very mixed results with polishing and chroming ranging from mildly expensive to complete robbery. When I had my plenham done and waterpipes, and a few other bits etc it took a month and costed £450 I know the plenham was a hell of a shitty and time consuming job so fair play. I knew what it cost up front and decided to do it. I then needed a load of stuff chromed and my rocker boxes polished. It took them 4-5 months excuses every time I rang and I could never get a price out them "until the bits were chromed". Mainly little bits and pieces, nuts and bolts, bracketes etc. Cost £685 to have it all done, I would have told them to go frack themselves bu…

Hi guys. Well im going to be sitting the DAS course. But the person has said its best to take it in steps and do my own theory first then goto them. So instead im going to do my CBT first(already done one before but it ran out) and then get my theory test. I originally had a yamaha dragstar xvs 125 which was ok, but lacked that little bit of extra power i would have liked to 70mph. Tho i loved the riding position. So basically what im wondering is............. Do any use guys know of a good bike to go for, id rather one that is more powerful than the required 33BHP and have "restrictor kit" on it. Anybody that can help with this, will hopefully be do…

this is what happens when you use certain heaters in sealed rooms, since the propertys at work have had the fury fire strips put round the doors they have more or less become sealed, halogen heaters and calor gas heaters produce so much water (condensation) per hour a guy moved out and we were left to clean the room with bleach this is the blind, full of mould, the whole room was like this half cleaned mould on the glass cleaned the guy that lived there had complained about the window leaking, we checked the window and couldnt find a leak, he actually thought the glass was pourus lol

is there a lightweight insulation panel or spray on insulation I can get hold of to stop condensation on a single skin steel box profile garage roof. I have looked around but can't find anything really suitable. Polystyrene tiles would be the ideal but not going to use them due to fire risk. Something similar weight and thickness would be perfect anyone used anything similar ? need enough to do 40m sq.

Just put a light on top of the car and a streak of jam down the side and Bobs your uncle. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Police-car-incar-computer-USA-cruiser-dash-mount-RARE_W0QQitemZ180478124756QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_Collectables_Memorabila_RL?hash=item2a0555a2d4 OMFG... perhaps it could be reprogrammed to play porn??? The geeks in the office would love playing with this after a week or so they would have it making women or firing pens across the office or something like that!

Probably means nothing to the non smoker, but i flew out to Jersey yesterday for work, you cant buy fags at the airport unless you are flying out of Europe, but you can buy them on the plane, i assume because you are in the air then there is no jurisdiction, but why dont they just let you buy what you want and you take the risk, simple. Although it never is.

I went round the inside and outside of the garage with a cement (fillet) when I first built it. Unfortunately puddles form outside and seem to seep through. Anyone know of a product that I could possibly paint the cement fillet with to create a barrier?. Heres an example Concrete section l l l l l l /l l\ Cemen…
