Drove behind a bronze GT-R from J10 of the M4 in to Slough. I have to say that each time I see one, they are growing on me. It is a BIG car and very impressive in the flesh. Always been very impressed with the GT-R from an engineering perspective, but never really found the looks to justify the technical brilliance. They are growing on me though, although the front is still very weak IMHO. A definite for the future...

I was on the net today as usual, i had this forum open in one window and robos zed site open in another window, then all of a sudden, i had a swirling mouse pointer as if something was happening or opening, then everything froze. Everytime i try to start the laptop, it goes on this bloody loop of trying to repair then cant. Ive tried to open in safe mode and it reverts back to trying to repair. Anyone had a similar problem? ive tried searching sites on the subject, but they keep mentioning the Vista CD, but mine didnt come with it, it was already installed. Im having to use my old laptop to type this, but its so slooooowwwww. Cheers Graham

I think we all know and agree that there is a tremendous club spirit in the club. The amount of help that members give to each other in terms of knowledge, advice etc is really incredible. I have to say that the spirit doesn't die when for one reason or another a member sells up and doesn't "pop around" very often or ever anymore. Where is all this leading you may ask? Quite a while after I got my slicktop, Legrath dropped me a pm (everybody should subscribe ) and mentioned to me how a previous owner in its original yellow days wanted to make contact and wanted to know if it was ok to do so. The previous owner Simon was a member under the username PK1 I believe.…

Got my new 997 turbo, and just got it back from being tuned up. Its mighty fast 0-60 in about 3.5 seconds according to the tuning shop . Running over 600BHP although not yet been on the dyno to see the finnished figure. I can honestly say I have never driven anything like it, it goes so fast the digital speedo scrambles as it cant keep up. The boost now runs right off the end of the 1.25Bar gauge  Its gonna take a bit of getting used to, its so rapid yet you can lay all the power down with it so its still a really good drive. Im also still getting 18MPG so happy days. My Zed is almost done as well, it should be more of an Animal than this, it …

To be held 2nd 3rd & 4th July. Great event for petrolheads as I am sure you all know. A friend & I are camping on the site & are looking for others to join us to spread the costs; details are as follows. The 'pitch' costs £180 for the weekend & includes electricity (you can only book full weekend, not just odd days). The pitch is approx 9 metres by 7 metres so there is ample room for a 4/6man tent for anyone interested. The toilets/showers etc are very good & kept clean by staff brought in for the event. It is a very well-run event with excellent facilities. You would provide your own tent/caravan/trailer tent & equipment & spend the day …

I've got a friend (deffo not me) who has taken out finance on a car after I strongley advised not to, now this person realy does not want this car anymore and has been asking me ways to get rid of the car without paying for it anymore, one of the ways I suggested if the car was 'stolen' but this person doesn't want thier premiums goin up! So if another car were to hit the financed car to write it off what would be payed off? ........p.s I personaly am having nothing to do with this, just a friend has asked for my opinion

Had one in the other day & thought I would share! Its the first time I had seen one in the flesh - carbon fibre trims & panels inside & out, adjustable coilovers fitted from the factory, proper racing bucket seats, no rear seats & a higher output AMG 63 engine! :punk:

We all have something that winds us up to the very brink of lashing out.....so what is your pet hate? When I just got home, some GOON has parked in such a way that I had to park right on the edge of a junction - OUTSIDE MY OWN HOUSE. If he thought he was leaving a good gap for a car between him and the other Rover he needs to re-take his license or move somewhere where everybody drives a G-WHIZZ. If someone slams into my rear quarter because of that FLANGE, ima gonna be cross!

Hi, Does anyone know where I could buy seat belt extensions to fit a K11 1996 Micra? Scoured ebay, and although there are quite a few extensions available, at least 2 have confirmed to me that they will not fit a Micra. Any advice much appreciated as I'm currently having to fit the baby seat to the front, which is not ideal. Thanks.
