I still have the Z lol... Circumstances have changed a bit and I no longer really need a daily car, so the beemer has gone and here is the replacement. I was after a 4x4 to convert into a decent off roader for a bit of fun. The fact I worked for Jeep for 10 years kind of swayed me a little, so I went and got a 1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4.0 Limited. Its got an LPG conversion and is absolutely rammed full of decent standard equipment - Infinity Gold stereo system, memory seats mirrors and stereo, electric heated seats, climate control, electric everything, tints, twin electric towbar... all for £600. The Jeep has spent the last 6 months doing 8000 m…

And I'm not talking about marmite! I went to buy some new trousers today and I couldn't get into my usual 34" waist. I thought it might be the style but every pair in every shop shouted "you have put on a stone!" How are you fighting the battle of the bulge? or do you not bother? I'm only 36 - I am not ready to look like my dad yet!:tt2:

How do you know how much gas you have left in an LPG converted car? I'm guessing they don't have a gauge? can you retro-fit one? On my switch where you can choose between gas and petrol there are 3 green leds, but only 2 were on earlier. Any ideas what that means??! I'm a complete newb and any help would be appreciated thank you! :helpsmilie:

Firstly let me just say I know I shouldnt of been speeding but I havnt met anyone yet that never has... Today as I went round a slight bend doing approx 37mph (30mph zone) I noticed the back of a van with its rear window missing and a huge lense poking out towards me up in the distance, as soon as I spotted it i slowed down to 30. My question is however, the van was parked on the opposite side of the road - will it be aiming at cars heading towards the back of the van, or away from? Cheers guys

Hi, I've just ordered a 6v 300ma motor for a project and need to control the voltage into it. I've been advised that the motor will run from 4v up to 10v with ease. Will either of these do? http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/LED-Bulb-Dimmer-Adjustable-Brightness-Controller-DC-12V-/270639095830?pt=UK_Light_Fittings&hash=item3f0358e016 http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/12V-15A-DC-Motor-Speed-Control-PWM-HHO-RC-Controller-/320596238962?pt=UK_BOI_Industrial_Automation_Control_ET&hash=item4aa5066272

Just thought I'd post these up......... It's best if you click the title at the top of each box (NOT the arrow in the centre), go direct to YouTube, select the 720p (HD) setting and open it out to full screen! :tt1: I think she looks stunning in these, and her voice is fantastic! Anyone who is a fan of the film will, probably, know that these are from the Directors Cut version of the film, as in the original version they dubbed her singing voice with Anita Kelsey. I hope you enjoy :)

I'm after a HUGE favour, someone in Penzance has some wheels that I am absolutely desperate for, but the place is nearly 400 miles from me! So is anyone local able to collect the wheels and I can send a courier down to pick them up? The seller wont allow it for some reason. I will pay direct for the wheels and can pay any helpful member a bit for their assistance. Pretty please :w00t: thanks in advance :surrender:

I know lots of people have had this problem but not quite the same :tt2: Driving down to a round-a-bout so slowed and changed down into 4th gear, road wet so fourth is good for keeping reasonable grip. Or so i thought! Got half way round the round-a-bout and wham! lost traction on rear wheels. Wheels spinning an rear end kicks way out, so much so had to use lots of opposite lock to try and correct it!:scared::scared: My poor :asshole: was twitching like a rabbits nose!! Thought it might even chew a hole in the seat!! Now i can hear you all saying "yeah we all done this" "Zeds are always kicking out". But i wasn't in a zed!! I was driving an 18tonne DA…

in the 4ish years i have lived at my house i have had to put up with the regular chiming of the local ice cream van parking near the end of my drive. normally im not too bothered but it is pretty annoying! same old horrible sounding ice cream van tune over and over! it also makes it pretty difficult to manoeuvre my zedbarge into my driveway. but the final straw which was placed upon my camels back when i came home from a BAD day at work, had been bum bothered from every angle and by everyone all day, to find the friggin ice cream van parked across my driveway, blocking my way in!!!!! now this upset me on its own, as the ice cream van is not my favourite thing anyway…
