According to today's regulators and bureaucrats, those of us who were kids in the 50's, 60's, and 70's probably shouldn't have survived. Our baby cots were covered with brightly coloured lead-based-paint which was promptly chewed and licked. We had no childproof lids on medicine bottles, or latches on doors or cabinets and it was fine to play with pans. When we rode our bikes, we wore no helmets, just flip flops and fluorescent 'clackers' on our wheels. As children, we would ride in cars with no seat belts or air bags. so do 300zx drivers generally wave/flash lights at each other used to get that in my FTO (before they got extremely common) have had a 300 for a few weeks now, and only seen one other on the road which is odd cause when i didnt have one, they were everywhere - go figure

Did anyone go ? It took me 5 HOURS to get out of the car park. FFS !!! It was the most badly organised INTERNATIONAL EVENT I've ever been to !! Spotted 2 Zeds on the way down to goodwood yesterday. 1 very intense blue colour with tinted windows on the M1 approx 10 miles from M25 at about 7:20am. Other black import about 15 miles west of M1 junction on M25 heading towards the east side. Anyone here. The blue one looked ace! Ivan:D

You guys helped me out with my camera and got an excellent Fuji that I'm really pleased with. Now my Mum (no jokes please!) has asked me to get her a digital camcorder but only wants an entry level one (cheap I guess).........but one I will nick to use aswelll of course!!!! Cheers everyone.

Didn't get as much as I wanted, but I think it turned out well. The guy that's bought it got a bargain and I get my house for a couple more months :D He's a sound guy, I decided to drop on my price because he actually wants the car and wants to get it all nice, so he may well be on here some time in the future. I will miss her though, I took it out for the test drive today and realised I'd forgotten what a fantastic motor it was to drive :( Nevermind, when I get some money up together again, I know what car I'll be buying :D:D

Saw a nice looking black Zed import at Oulton on Sunday. Was it anyone from here?

Not going to be able to have day after day of working on my car, but I can get some time in every now and then. Many people dont know that my Z is high mileage. Currently over 163,000 miles, and the engine is still very strong, however the body is not. Years of jack damage has left some parts of the body exsposed to the salty roads and it has taked its toll. My MOT is due in about a months time and I know that it wasnt going to pass in the state it's in now, so I decided to make a start on repairing the parts I know it will fail on. To start off, the drivers side sill had a hole you could get your hand in, and there is rust in the engine bay which needs sorting out, b…
