There are a few about, but I'd like to see more. It's good to hear/see other cars especially revving up and ****ing off fast. I'm not a sad zed-spotter (well actually I am), but everyone likes to see a good zed vid, right? I still like that one that was up here a long while ago of someone booting it down a car-lined street and barely holding it while the arse grazes the cars on each side. Very irresponsible!!!! Does not bare thinking about really! I've just got a camcorder and want to take a few of my car Apart from wedging the camera in the headrest is there a better way of mounting it to take vids out the window?

Been looking forward to this for ages but my mum and dad have went and organised a big party on the Saturday night. Its basically a big birthday party for my mum, dad and a couple of aunties and uncles who are all turning 50 this year. Anyway, the party is in York and i was just wondering whether i would be best to camp at Billing on Friday night and travel up to York on Saturday about tea time, missing Billing on Sunday, or should i travel down from York on Sunday morning, no doubt hung over, and miss Saturday. Basically, what day's best? Also, is there lots of Bargains to be had at Billing. I was gonna save my pennies and buy a load at the show.

Hi, I ordered some parts from Courtesy about a week ago now. I hadn't recieved any emails apart from confirmation of placing order and acceptance of order, so today i mailed them and fair enough it turns out that it had shipped last week. I have been given the tracking number and after looking it all up it appears my package arrived in the UK on the 1st april then 9mins later it shows up as being with customs and that is it! Has anyone else had a problem like this when ordering with Courtesy? Cheers, Pete

Apologies to the couple of people that were interested in the shocks off my car but the insurance had written it off but not let me buy it back. It is all sorted now and the car went for auction and I have purchased it back to repair myself so the parts won't be for sale. Sorry. (i'm happy tho if it makes you feel any better.)

Lucie and I dropped in at my mates house yesterday on route to the local and while waiting for him and his missus to get ready, decided to thumb through last months copy of Fastcar magazine that was lying around. It can't be just me? I washed and polished the car this weekend. It looked fantastic. I can't stop looking at it. Admitedly, I've only had the car a little over a month, but I am becoming obsessed. I have now changed my job so I can spend more money on it (as if it isn't expensive enough to run anyway). You may think I'm joking but really am not. I really love this car :hyper:

I have just been reading the slippery in the wet thread and just wondered what I was doing 'wrong'. I don't thrash the car, and I do have an NA, but I would have thought it was at least 'possible' for me to get the back end out. Is it only a TT that can drift? I would have thought my manual NA would have had enough power to get the back end out if I wanted. How do you actually do it? Boot it at a wet roundabout? I ask partly because I'd like to be able to, and also to control it if it did happen. Surely my NA is not so weedy it is impossible. Do the tyres make a big difference. There is; Sony head unit 7" pop out screen (out of dash) DVD Player (plays loads of other stuff, i.e. MP3's, CD-R's etc....) 10 Disc multi changer 10" drop down screen for the rear (although fitting this could prove difficult!) Why do I hear this so many times. Speed doesn't kill, excessive speed at the wrong time in the wrong place (like outside schools,etc), driving under the influence of drink/ drugs, can and does kill. The cause of 90% of the accidents today are due to poor driving standards and lack of driving appreciation. Most people pass the very easy driving test, start driving without any appreciation of handling, braking, speed and have no knowledge of the vehicle they drive at all. Some people barely know where to put the petrol, oil, water etc let alone which grade of fuel to use, it's worrying. How many accidents pro-rata do they have on the Autobahns. Well about 75%…
