Have been without the blue beastie for exactly 8 days now(blew the HG on the way back from the pod :cry: :cry: luckily still under import warranty :dance: ).... and the strain is starting to show. Have been driving the wifes XR poo since (looks hilarious to the onlooker as it looks like they built the car up round me -am 6'4" plus and the wrong side of 19stone!! :rofl: :rofl: ) and have now pinched me mothers Pajero (still makes me laugh that "Pajero!" means w*nker in spanish!! ;) :D ) Car is booked in next wednesday and may have her back b4 the weekend :dance: but most likely the tuesday after the bank holiday (no cruisin for me then :() any suggestion…

Driving in Leicester the other day, and a cop car passed me, going the other way......... Nothing unuseuall in that, except this cop car had all CLEAR lenses on the roof bar!! no blue at all, also it didnt have any markings on the bonnet! So if it was behind you, then you wouldnt see anything that resembles a police car!! Probably have these in other areas, but I've never seen one like this before.

Got the lambo light kit i ordered off ebay today,got to say well chuffed with the quality! :dance: i even got a bit of masking tape stuck on to tell me what wires go where!![he must know he's dealing with a dipsh!te] anyways pulled the original lights out tonight and trial fitted the panel,guess what! it fits,comes with 6mm bolt to mount to original holes. Also got the skirts today and even these need only minor fettling to be snug fit!! some pics below-sorry about the quality as the flash seems to be buggered :mad:

My everyday car's insurance is up, so thought I would have a bit of a phone around as you do. (my renewal is not drastic, but the company I am with still havent sorted out a rear-end shunt I had in Feb!!!) So I am on the phone, Name, DOB, inside leg measurement, the usual and they ask if I have any convictions in the last five years? I have, I said, an SP30 in the last five years but it is off my licence now. "doesnt matter, still affects your premium". Now if the law makes you (or your licence) do 3 years "time" for a motoring offence and then discards it from the accounting, how the hell do insurance companies get away with using it against you?? Its like gett…

Feeling the need to spend some more money!!! Which is best? BLITZ DUAL SBC SPEC R, or the Profec B SPEC II ?? Both about the same price from what I have seen, There are a batch of the Blitz controllers on Ebay for £220 plus vat and delivery (coming from somewhere is Asia so I'm expecting some import duty too...) and the profec is £275 delivered from GetGreddy.... They both seem to have a similar feature set, peak/max boost, warning on overboost etc... What have your experiences been with these? Cheers Dave

Iam going to take the leap prob nex Feb/March. I want to get myself a 911T, and would like to do some intensive research. When I bought the Z I knew nothing about them so DO NOT want to go down that road again. As its not worth breaking the Z. I would loose far too much $$$ in doing so. Well since I aint been working i've done just about all I can fooking do, and now i've ran out of things to do!!! Just downloaded Virtual Pool 3 and it is shit hot!!! I recomend anyone download it and I'll host a few games on me server if anyone fancies. You have either gotta buy it or get it by other means ;) (cough bit cough torrent). Another thing! I'm not doing a great deal for the next month so anyone else off work wanna meet up for a beer, a piss up, a game of real pool, Z talk, working on cars or kerb crawling give me a shout!!!!!!
