Top bloke! When I told him I needed a Lambo light panel quickly as my car is booked to go into the bodyshop soon, Paul offered to make a two hour journey down to meet me at a stop on the M6 and drop it off, which we did today! That's what I call service! Fantastic piece of kit too, can't wait to see it fitted! :D Leigh.

Decided I needed some time off from working today and fitted these - quality bits of kit! :) A bit fiddly to get the accelerator pedal to fit, but got there in the end. That's almost phase 1 of the interior blinging done - just need to get a Z Centre gearknob and a handbrake handle cover before moving to phase 2 - the Z Centre leather kit, some white dials and maybe an aluminium kit.

Pretty much as the title state. I've got a Jeantech Trinity case which comes with a pre-wired temperature probe. My question is where do I stick it? I want to use it to monitor the CPU temp but am a bit weary of sticking the probe between the chip and the heatsink as I've been led to believe that in order for the h/s to function to its maximum efficiency it needs to have as much area of contact with the chip as possible. The probe is flat and probably wouldn't compromise the contact area too much but I thought I'd ask before I do something I'll regret later. The CPU is an AMD64 3500+ so will run quite hot under load. Thanks in advance for your replies. Cheers! …

For my insurance I must be part of the 300zx club. Does being a member of this club count??? If it doesnt, where is the 'official' club? BTW I'm still becoming a member of this one!!!!

Back in the spring time I spent a fantastic day at Brands Hatch driving my Z round the Indy circuit as I think it was intended - b*lls out ! :D Any way, the up-shot was that the track revealed the very soft nature of the car. It was quite wallowy in the turns and understeered through every corner. Safe but frustrating. So.........following the fitment of some racing spec adjustables and stiffer anti-roll bars the car is now off to get the rest of the suspension components fitted - including a poly bush kit not pictured. It's taken me a while to collect them all - all came from the States and of course it's easier to get it through the house-hold expenditure whe…

This might be the wrong place to put this, but as I work in the Motor Trade I can get these cool silicone bladed car cleaning things , the things that let you remove water from the bodywork after washing, for £7 each , I got five of them in case any one here wanted to take advantage. Ill have them up at Santa Pod on the 10th so come and see me. :D . I may be able to get more of them if theres any intrest, BTW I will not be making profit on these which is why Ive posted here.
