Well, im in a fair bit of pain still, my left femur has now got 4 nice holes through it where 4 nice sized bolts are holding a internal fixator in place. I also had a artificial bone graft which hurts a fair amount but the most painful thing is my tendons in and around my knee as they havent moved for such a long time are now being needed to be moved. I am very pleased that the op went as well as it should of. I will be in a cast for about 3/4 months that is removable when my leg is in a horizontal posistion and im not allowed to bend or put any weight through my left leg for about 4 weeks, so that will be fun then. Needless to say you guys are fookin ace, thank…

Spent a few hours this evening lifting my zed onto axle stands and removing the alloys. And what a faff it is lifting the car up, I couldn't use my decent trolley jack as it shifts the car as the jack raises - not what you want when stands are partly supporting it. In the end I used a small vertical one and the standard scissor jack as both lift the car straight up. It must be safe I guess but I'm paranoid about leaning on the car etc lol. Thanks to Ryan for the reassurance on the phone hehe  Having only used them before as a back up for a jack I was surprised at how... shite the system is really. It looks so precarious. On Saturday I will be removing the …

...Because I'm about to start packing a few clothes ready for the flight tomorrow! :hyper: This is the "second leg" as it were of the international hair and beauty competition that parental unit No.1 is taking part in as member of the British team (with my girlfriend as her model). While they're busy competing I guess I'll have to sit back and make smalltalk with yet more gorgeous foreign models...it's a tough job, but somebodys got to do it...;) :D Leigh.

With the work being done on my Zed at the moment I've started thinking about possibly changing the alloys. I have to say the ones I've got at the moment are the best I've ever owned, I really like the simple race look 5 spoke design. However, if I want to keep these alloys after the next round of body styling they're going to have to be kicked out a helluva lot by spacers to fill the arches so I've been wondering about a set of very wide 18's. A while back I saw a set of American rims that really caught my eye, and interestingly Boss have just released an almost identical copy of them. What do you think people?
