Saw this Range Rover Autobiography earlier with a cool number plate on, wonder if it was anyone famous :shifty:

ive noticed my rep hasnt gone up for some time, i think im gonna have to threaten some bans to get it going again lol seriousely though, do people use it, i think its a good way to thank people for good posts or a way to say thanks for some advice they get, gets a nice posotive feeling to the forum but it also has negative rep aswell lol, but lets hope no one needs to use that, unless its someone disgruntled about the mods lol so does anyone use it regulary?

Well, after a long wait for a slot in the bodyshop things are finally moving along now. Went to see how the old girl is getting on today and I am very pleased with the results so far. The shell should be ready for collection mid next week and then the fun part of putting it back together. Enjoy the pictures.

just got my first permit in 10 years..got the crave to go fishing..had a few hours out last night..got one on on a minow lure..but lost it then lost the lure on the next cast.. any advice on trout lures..like spinning(baitwith float fishing just gives me an exuse to have a few beers) the river usualy has brown rainbow n sea trout/n salmon after beginning of june cheers

my sons best mate is 21 today, his sister gets him a lottery scratch card, and puts it in with his birthday card. he opens it up, and gets a coin, and starts scratching away. first row, nothing, second row, nothing, last row scratches of 1 x £50000, then 2 x £50000, then you've guessed it the 3rd £50000. starts going completely bonkers, and screaming, jumping around, literally losing the plot. Only to find out that its all a big FAKE. gotta get some of these for the folks at work. You get 6 in a pack all with £50k winners, they are really good fakes, tear off the others the same way, look and feel like the proper ones, even scratch off the stuff the same. …

Have you seen the prices recently of the Renault 5 gt, Astra GTE, Nova Gte etc etc I think that they are so old now they are cool. now many of you will rip the p*ss . i,ve had a few small turbocharged cars/shopping trolleys and am currently thinking about getting another. i just wondered if there is any other zedders that have a widespread or silly taste for cars like the turbo ie etc.........

its just been installed for me at home Estimated download speed for my line is 75.5 meg download - 20 meg upload :dance: quite an improvement over my first PC with a 14,400 bps modem built in - oh how I was impressed with my 56k USR modem on my next PC :lol:

Just been to town, 30 limit, and two grannies were there with their notepad and a speed gun. It was handheld. No Tripod, doubt they could hold it with no movement whatso ever, to give a true reading. But I saw them jotting down my number plate, I didnt feel like I was doing over 30, was pretty much spot on when I looked down (about 32 max) - I tend to watch the road more than the speedo, as I like to drive with due care and attention, and normally have a pretty good sense of speed. Anyway, what I want to ask is, if they say I was over the limit, no matter how marginal, would I get a warning or a penalty? I wouldnt of thought a penalty could stand up …

Got this email from a poor chap that's seems to be stuck abroad :( I'm writing this with tears in my eyes, my family and I came down here to Lucena,Philippines for a short vacation,unfortunately we were mugged at the park of the hotel where we stayed all cash,credit card and mobile phone were stolen off us but luckily we still have our passports with us. We've been to the Embassy and the Police here but they're not helping issues at all the bad news is our flight will be leaving in less than 8-hrs from now but we're having problems settling the hotel bills and the hotel manager won't let us leave until we settle the bills. Hey, I know this is a long shot, but does anyone know where I can source an ABS sensor for a 2001 Galant 2.0 GLS. It's the front off-side. So far I haven't managed to find a used one (which is understandable as they don't come out easily, or in one piece) and new I'm looking at £130 (Dealer). I have found a couple new online, but they're also £130. Found a Japanese site, but worked out about the same... It's really annoying as sensors for other cars cost around £30, or less! I think its a Bosch sensor, but no luck tracing it. My only other option is to buy the whole hub with an intact sensor, which seems a bit mad really. AHH! If I ha…

hey up tech folk! does anyone happen to know if you can access full web pages from smartphones? instead of the mobile page i mean. i want to be able to look up parts for some machinery on the suppliers web site, as their parts look up is top notch. but when i log on with my phone it defaults to the mobile version of the page and therefore wont let me see the parts lists. i seem to recall there being a way to get round this, but have no idea how....... any help would be greatly appreciated

Anyone got any experience on these please, what to look out for etc. I see they can have issues with the instrument pod and I will be negotiating hard if it has not had the Cambelt changed.
