I have recently been caught driving w/o insurance :headvswall: (not entirely my fault i WAS insured, just that the details were wrong on my policy because my father set it up (as a birthday present) and omitted some details, i got pulled for something, given producer and documents were wrong....) an when i decalre this my insurance seems to go up >£400. This seems hardly fair to me as it does not make me any less of a good driver and I have a years no claims which has now become invalid :( Do I have to decalre a conviction such as this to insurance companies when renewing my insurance this month? If i don't will this invalidate my policy? Cheers

1200 miles notched up and hope to stick a few more on tomorrow, I am very happy the way the car drives at low revs with big cams and at this stage is doing around 25mpg. The fabrication work that Peter has done is the BEST I have ever seen, the service he has provided for me so far is top drawer! I never ever for one minute questioned his ability, quality of work and the tech knowledge on this massive project. This man really knows his onions that’s a fact. So far so good thank you Peter

Been thinking it might be good to ditch the OEM mirrors and go for some aftermarket jobbies. I'd ideally want them automated and with the indicator built in so I can take out and smooth over the side ones. Did a search and saw a few have been suggested. http://www.fk-automotive.de/en/index.php http://www.streetbeatcustoms.com/mirrors.html The Ganador's look good but unfortunately they don't appear to have the indicator built in. Has anyone had any more luck and found anymore info on what might do the job and fit the Zed? Cheers, Leigh

Got a PM last night from a fellow motocrosser from here, BlackMagic. I have a feeling there are a few others on here interested in the old moto-x. So I have posted this video for the correct procedure for perfecting your moto-x technique, watch and study boys and girls, this is short but very sweet ;) http://bagpuss.swan.ac.uk/dunk300zx/Speeding/mototraining.wmv
