Bought my first z 6 months ago, wahay i thought till i changed my mind and decided to get a turbo version. SO Got a turbo and "wahey" i thought, "i got a turbo". :hyper: WHAT A 42 CARAT PLONKER !! 6 months later and approx £10,000 pounds i am now the proud owner of 2 zeds neither of which work properly !!! :cry: Why didnt i just buy a bmx !! WHY OH WHY OH WHY OH WHY DID I DO IT :cry:

Sometimes when you park your zed you wonder if it's going to be safe in the neighbourhood, not attract too much unwanted attention from lowlife and schollkids etc. So I thought you'd be interested to see the scene outside my office this morning!

During a bored moment in work.... I had a quick fiddle with a calculator (my brain is far too precious for things like maths). £20 per mile of Zed ownership - I knew it wouldn't be cheap, but that's worse than going via a London cabby!!! I've had a Daewoo from new for 3 years and that works out at 46p a mile. I'm hoping to put some trouble free miles in this summer or I'll be crying again.

just had a insurance quote back from adrian flux for £1150 quid declaring all the mods on me car !! check my rides and u will see there is a few !!! bargain i think LOL and that also replaces them like for like not stock parts!!!!!

On Sunday, I went for a game of badminton with a mate of mine and he's got 328i. Tidy motor which is in very very good nick for it's year. Now, at one point he gave it a bit and I did get pushed back in to my seat a little bit. Now the BM' is only 204 BHP and I was enjoying the power. I didn't realize how much I had been missing the power of my old Z. :cry: Can someone please take me to the next Z meet please. PLEASE - I beg of thee! I can't take the loss anymore! Before I went on holiday, I got hold of a new PC program called MGI Photo Vista. Basically it will stitch together a series of photo's, to make one long panoramic picture. I tried this out with some specific photo's I took in Egypt, and they have turned out very well indeed. Having looked through some of the pics from the recent weekends meets, I was thinking that if anyone wants a full picture of a particular line-up, then give me a shout. The only specs are, that the photo's must overlap each over (so that the programm will line them up), and that they were taken from the same spot. Well for the last 20 minutes Ive been sitting, pale-faced, like a turkey at Christmas, while two burly mechanics fingered my precious bits. :eek: Only failed on steering tho (which has also lead to two worn tyres) - I cant believe it sailed through everything else. www.autoadvan.co.uk Anyone ever used this company, or someone like Group 20? I am getting pissed off waiting for the right car and thought this might be an option. Are they trustworthy- and what's the chance there will be something available to buy in Japan? I wonder how many 300's come up for auction in Japan now- I keep expecting to see more late models coming up, but are they all still in Japan?
