Easier than I thought, didnt neet to block the hose that goes to the exhause as it never went to the exhaust anyway (decat) used a glue gun to block the other hoses and replaced all the other vacuum hoses that go into the wheel arches.

How much wouyld it be to post a set of ic's to L'Angeles ???? I've got some Z stuff on ebay & a guy in the US wants them. Any ideas on this, tax, export & malarky ? harve

Was having probs with my oil pressure dropping to zero at idle once my car warmed up. Advice was that th stock sender is crap but it was laways good untill recent. Did an oil change today, put in some Castrol Rs 10-60 and now oil presure is fine sites at 2 on idle never drops below YAY. Im sure the oil pressure problem only started after i put in slick 50. S if your car is showing 0 oil pressure try an oil change lol

I was on my way home from work tonight and I was slowly edging out of a Junction as I couldnt see around the parked cars when a F***ING chav came racing down the road in a silver civic with the music blaring, He steered around me and shouted to me you f**king T*sser, I saw red straight away :mad: and went after him, He didnt realise I was following, He stopped at the lights so I jumped out and before he knew what was happening I had him by the throat and was pulling him through his drivers window, I said now call me a f**king t*sser, he went pale and started pleading with me not to hurt him, It was pathetic! I just said in future look at someone before you shout something…

Last Monday I came down with a cold. Or as it is well known, Man Flu. Managed to get rid of 95% of it by Friday, and then in the early hours of Saturday, the wife came down with sickness and the shits. Then in the early hours of last night, so did I. Not the easiest of things to deal with when you have 2 little ones under the age of 3 to look after. We've both had no energy to do anything. Any of you lot been ill in the last 4 weeks?

just took the car for a spin after removing the mesh from the front bumper.. HUGE difference in running temperature... Had overheating problems today so flushed system and refilled (although this was done about 2 weeks ago by baggins so I doubt that was the cause...) also re-fitted smithy's stainless airflow guide thing and cut out the mesh from my '99 spec bumper (mesh was VERY fine with little diamond gaps about 2mm x 4mm) car now runs about 15-20 degrees cooler!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If I gave it a good run before I could easily make the water temp go over 100 degrees and have to slow right down till it cooled off a bit. couldnt make it…

Does anyone know how to add a picture to an ebay listing by linking it, if it is hosted elsewhere? I'm sure it must be possible using html tags or somthing? :wack:

Not a bad job,very fidly,had to take it off 3 times to get it right,but totaly transforms the Z,while it was off ripped out more A/C bits n bobs,other bits too,and washed and cleaned it first time in over 3 weeks,allso cleaned up the rear cans,what a luvly day, :) Tony

Not wanting to waste 1/2 a tank or so of optimax I decided to syphon the valuable stuff tonight (like someting out of mad max !!!) and bung it in me Volvo!! Now is it me or does optimax taste worse than normal unleaded?...(ferking burns too!) managed to drink a fair bit of it too! Does anyone have one of them little pump things you attach to your drill or is there something better?

Hi Guys, Now a question. I was told that my 300ZX TT Import will hable 110 octane AVGAS is this true. If it was i was thinking in using at a race day, just for that day. Don't want to goose my engine, any ideas??? Could you also mix it with normal 95 Ron to get a lower ron that would be safer for your engine i.e 100Ron?? Paul
