K so this happened last night before I went out, but im more pissed off now. Usually go out for a cycle of an evening. My bike is a road bike and so, I ride it on the road, couldnt ride it on the paths anyway it would die! Made it 5 miles across swindon, it was a little wet and puddles eveywhere. I was cycling around 25mph (as the speedo indicated). I usually cycle around 2 foot out from the kerb / ditch when out of town etc because of pot holes etc that usually form close to the kerb and could kill my bike! Anyway, going up hill cars behined me so I pedal faster, as I push down and give it some welley 'BANG', back wheel slips sideways into a pot hole about 2 fe…

A few years back when I was heavily involved with the Hot-hatch brigade  I thought that Zed owners were all big bruisers with skinheads, earings, chunky gold bracelets and chains, 3/4 lengh leather jackets and being towed along by an angry looking Pitbull with a studded collar. You know what I mean, the sorta guy that told ya to fook off at the door of your local club for being too pissed! :duffer::mac1: Seeing I have not met too many of you guys yet, how many of you really fit or come anywhere close to this description? Justin;)

Well peeps after months of waiting my new wheels came last night and were ready to go on the car :hyper: However, tried to put the front on and the wheel touches the front caliper by loads. :headvswal Does anyone know how much you can space a wheel by? I know that your not supposed to, but I really want these wheels to go on! :(

Just went in there and bought my daughter the incredibles DVD. Got all the way home and went to open it, and couldnt! There was a little red button on the side of the case with a black 'B' on it. So I tried to lever it out, press it in, slide it, everything I could possibly think of and it wouldnt move! So I pulled the case apart and one quater cracked. So I took out the DVD sleave / cover as to not wreck it, prised the case open and took the book etc out. Tried to pull it open a little better to see how the device works, and the case cracks more, all the time risking fooking up the DVD. In the end I checked it out. Its a new security thing know as a 'RedTag' se…

This is obviously not Zed related but my dad has a motorbike that is very poorley. So all you bikers on here what do ya reckon to this problem? Twin cylinder yamaha TZR 250 F reg. Its got a 10mm hole in one piston which has only done 1000miles...(carefully run in) engine previously sezied due to broken oil pump but had been completely re-built. Fully synthetic oil....used for last 50miles. Previosly used part synthetic. 80mph in fifth gear 8000rpm and lost power. He then looked at temperature gauge and saw that it had risen to max but i reckon this had overheated before he lost power. Can a weak mixture cause this? The plug was not white…
