Jeff and his team at Zed world are spot on, they have just done sumthing amazing for me, as you know i had a new engine from them and we have now just finished fitting it, with my mechanic, we fitted the clutch as you know also and 20miles down the road the clutch went........... seen as though i really need the car due to it going in the body shop, jeff of his own back got my car collected, from wiltshire to tamworth, then he is going to replace the clutch, then do a full check of the car, then put it on the conzult, then deliver it back to me by monday......... and guess what, all for free due to me having to meet a dead line and coz i have been to him for everything, n…

I am in the process of doing a deal for a load of Titanium Z key blanks. I will be looking to place a minimum order or 25 to keep the cost down, so if you are interested and would be willing to pay a minimum of a 50% deposit, please vote above. As soon as the 25th person has voted, I will request the deposits, and the order will be placed once the deposits are in. Anything less than 25, and it's a no go. The price will be exactly £50 to your door.

This text is from Paul Smith of Safespeed, who's doing some great work and would appreciate any support if you can. I've dug up official policy statements from the main political parties and published them to a new Safe Speed page: http://www.safespeed.org.uk/election2005.html It's perfectly clear to me that only the Conservatives have the foundations of an intelligent road safety policy. If anyone has further information that should appear on the page, then please send it along by email. As news items become available I'll post them to the page. Christopher Booker, in today's Telegraph suggests that road safety is off the agend…

Of places that supply alloy wheels and tyres that people have bought from? I think it would be helpful to have a little database of places that people have bought from, to help us standard alloy boys (and girls) out in making our decision. I'll start off... http://www.street-racers.co.uk/racer_shop_alloy_wheels.htm Any others would be really helpful, as it's a bit of a minefield out there, and I want some decent alloys without spending 2.5k for them lol

Just in time for the meet in Peterboro' tomorrow :D 99 Spec light units, and an illuminated RED rear centre panel  Some minor touches are still to be done, but on the whole it is virtually complete. Hope you like it. Wiil try and do a report on all the trouble I've had, and the faults with the tt.net guide for the centre panel.

Found a great set of alloys but the only drawback is they're chrome which wasn't originally what I had in mind for the Zed. Does anyone know if an alloy wheel refurbisher would be able to strip off the chrome and refinish them in silver/polished silver or even the more subtle smoked chrome etc...? Any info would be appreciated! Cheers, Leigh
