Hope no body minds but i need some advice on behalf of a friend who has an issue with his 2.5 TD Pajero Turns out he was pulling a caravan up a long and steep hill, suddenly out the exaust comes plumes of blue and white smoke , he pulled over and found the engine now empty of water, tried to turn the car over on the key , and it did but very very slowly, it does not run ,turnover or try to fire , any thoughts as to what may be wrong 1) head blown 2) piston meltdown 3) blown turbo etc etc, any advice gratefully received

Someone in work reckons that you can watch movies that have been put on a memory stick just by plugging it straight into the USB on my TV. Is this right, anyone done it like this before? I would have thought that you would have needed some sort of converter as most movies not in DVD format are avi files. So can my TV play avi files is what I am basically asking? :) Cheers folks!

Coming from my expert professional opinon if you want to lose weight, tone up or just get in alot better shape then read on. I have been doing a workout for the past 6 weeks now (excluding my 2 weeks break back in the UK) and i have to say it is the best training i have ever done. Well it is my lads prom night tonight, can't believe he has officially left school!!!
