General Discussions - Non 300ZX

Basically I work in computer support and get phone calls all over the country from people who work for the tote. How are you meant to give support to people when they know nothing about computers. For example we changed our exchange mail server and we are talking some people through how to change their email settings to look at the new server. Got them to the part where they put the exchange server name in and asked one to "type in email underscore exchange" "where is the underscore button?" I was asked. "Hold down shift and press the button to the right of zero" "Where is the shift button?" "Its the button which makes your letters capital" "Oh ri…

Before my manager took his holiday i pre-warned him what he was going to be coming back to :D Anyway. The power button is now in a envelope in reception with his name and the company address on which he will recieve first thing. i have filled the desktop with icons then opened loads of windows (pretty standered trick) but i added loads of windows to the start up folder so when he turns it on they will all pop up all 100 of them along with some internet home pages which have been set to something rather hard to the eye :D Also changed his icons around so when opening my computer my documents will open. does anyone know how I send auto replies to my emails like when Im on holiday do I have to buy a program or the like cheers chris ;)

on here a user of ntl broadband? If so are they having problems? I pay for a 2 MB connection and recently I have been pinging from 500ms to 3 seconds, my download from microsoft.com is 3.8 k/s and my upload is 75 bps. Now this is slower than dialup, extremely frustrating and i cant get hold of them! just wondering if anyone else is having sh1t from ntl like this?

Whats the most bhp that anybody has heard out of a N/A as i am sure that if properly done up it can have just as much power as a stock TT but without the lagg. ;) I thought i had seen a thread saying Danny at DTA is in the process of modifying a N/A to push out a lot of bhp, and then will be selling the stuff to do it. What the general feeling of the light Enzo Style Lights at the Lukes place.Good prices ,easy to fit (first job that is on a Z) and a bit about them ,than the Diablo one.Cheaper than the Venom which are a pain in the arse to fit
