The ambulance service has come up with a great idea that EVERYONE should do. In light of recent events they have sugested that everyone with a mobile PHONE adds ICE to the names. ICE? In Case of Emergency under this put the numbers of the people ou want contacted if there is an emergency. Great idea. Everyone do it to help the service out, and then maybe their jobs will be easier if anything happens and you cant cantact them yourself. I got this from a paramedic friend of mine.

Spent 3 whole days working on the car and i know i WILL have a bloody good nights sleep tonight. Stripped the front of the engine as far back as under the timing belt covers. Found the cause of my water leak (see pic). Fitted adjustable tension rods, front upper arms and front ARB. Fitted front and rear coilovers and spent hours messing about with them to get them set up. Got halfway through fitting hicas eliminator and realised i dont have spanner big enough for the tie rods  Still got loads to do! Im now just so physically and mentally drained from all the work, in between running in and out the house to check torque settings lol …

'Ello everyone! Got back from the US yesterday and feeling knackered - back to work today! Had a brilliant couple of weeks. Flew into San Francisco and stayed there for the first night. Then off to Yosemite, Death Valley, Las Vegas, Prescott (Arizona), Page (Utah), Overton (Nevada), Bakersfield (California), Morro Bay, Monterey, San Jose and finally back to San Francisco. Covered nearly 2,500 miles in a Dodge Charger (see below). Not a big fan of yank tanks, but this was pretty good! Picked up my new intercoolers, injector connectors and coil pack connectors wile I was out there. Just gotta get round to fitting them now  Saw a coupl…

That means in one month its done enough miles to nearly circumnavigate the globe? Its price has dropped by about £400 so at least the owner has taken into account the 'extra' miles its done. Also now 'Condition, need slight attention' so it looks like its not in quite as good nick as it was last month. The 'g…
