General Discussions - Non 300ZX

Hi everyone, I've only just noticed this, although I guess it's possible it's always been like it and I've just been particularly unobservant. I can easily waggle the gearstick from side to side when the car is in gear (any gear) almost as if it were in neutral. There's no problem with getting the car in gear or changing gear though - all seems to be working fine. But just the stick feels a bit on the loose side. So first off, is this normal? If not what's likely to be the problem? I did a quick search of the forum and saw some posts mentioning bushes, but TBH didn't really understand what people were talking about. And obviously, if there is a problem what d…

Does andyone know of a place that reconditions chrome wheels. I have some 18" on my Z and they have some scrapes from curb boxing.

I know there's a lot of people on here don't like Supras, and I must admit I'm pretty fussy about them myself -- there are plenty of rough examples out there, and there is quite a strong tendency towards the "2 Fast 2 Furious" effect. Hello M8's Has anyone had problems with the two plastic clips that hold the glass to the track or is just me..The bloody things broke and now i can not put me window up..Anyone know were i could order a set or do you have to get them from curtasy nissan...cheers Tom

Hi, My mate has got a problem with an extention that was built on his house. One of the walls is only a 4" thick wall and the other 2 are 9". When he bought the house, there is no mention of this at all on the survey (basic survey was done). Does anyone know if this should have been picked up on the survey and if so, what can he do about it? Cheers Vijay

Not sure how many people will find this useful but you can now get it at the Milton branch of Tesco just off the A14. Don't know about Bar Hill but will check next time I'm passing there (might not be for a while though - that section of the A14 sucks beyond belief so I generally try to avoid it at all costs).

Have had a great day all day today on my Z! :D Completly removed my viscouse fan cause it saps power and fitted a nice big Kenlow 16" er which was an absolute bitch to bitch having to take the rad out but it's well on there now!! Then had to remove my oil cooler cause it's a UK Spec car, standard electric fan just to get to the original recirc valves to remove them!!! They we're a bitch in them selves, easy to remove but then trying to bung up the recirc pipes was a nightmare!! The top hose requires a 28mm bung and the bottoms 32" :headvswal thats the bloody japanese for ya!!! Then I spent the afternoon chopping up the intake pipes to fit my new baily venturi dum…

Just got told I lost a good friend from cancer. She was my brothers scatty Lithuainian next door neighbor. She married a fella over here, just got divorced, he ran off to Thiland and married a child bride, she got the divorce through started to come down the club and play some tennis with us, goes in for a check up and shes got cancer.
