exactly how many models are there...!? geez i had a look and there are zillions and all modified it seems anyone got a summary on them..if i was to get one for 5k what would be best and are they in good nick generally at that price?

Was thinking of changing suspension not sure what to go for may be Tein super street kit Hks coilovers or hydraulic suspension. now that would be cool being able to slam on the dec on shows traffic lights(etc)Has any one fitted a kit and pro/cons about hydraulic sus. I have been Quoted £2000 fitted for 300zx with control box in car.

Can't believe this has happened after the time and money i've put into her this year. This morning on the way to work in heavy rain I went over what i thought was a small puddle, but it turned out to be a deep hole. Two loud bangs as both passenger side wheels hit it. Got out , furious, and checked my new alloys for any damage, found some scratches but was too wet and dirty to examine further so got back in, drove 10 yards down the road, and then it got worse. Suddenly there was some very nasty noises then the whole front suspension seemed to collapse . pulled over and found the whole front of the car sitting on the whee…

Well ive decided to take my car out of circulation for a while in order to spruse her up for the spring. I'm very pissed off at the moment with my car, so im hoping spending the winter just sorting out the gremlins, sprusing up the bodywork and general TLC will mean i have a nice car come spring. Either that or she will be a much more appealing buy to somebody. Im no longer going to chuck money at it, but have a list of work that needs to be done ober the next 7 months with a final budget of £800. If this doesnt give me a car im happy with im going crush the car as is.

Coming back from inspecting one of my rental properties I passed the Jaguar plant at Castle Bromwich (Birmingham). Coming out the gate came two brand new (not for sale yet) XK's - one soft top, one hardtop. Absolutely stunning cars - a vast improvement on the current XK series. Especially the soft top! Looks a lot like an Aston DB9. Then on the M42 (watch out for all those hidden speed cameras on the overhead gantries!!!!) came across a new Viper (sorry SRT10). Very nice to see they re-introduced the side exhausts - sounds awsome at 70mph. Coming off at J3 on the M42 I was following a Lambo Murcielago Spider (!).
