just got your txt no probs, obviously first to turn up with a trailer gets it :) Ive also got a nigh on shed full of spare parts for it, spare cams, a plenum and other random bits, along with an engine with a wrecked bottom end...so if anyone wants to cart off some parts too they are welcome to them

I have a Z i would like to donate to a good home....Ive just bought a Skyline and basically I need the space, so some details on the car. Its a non runner, water pump destroyed itself, and its been sat the past 5 months doing nothing, however all you would need to do is fit a new water pump, and she'll run fine. My original plan was to restore it to its former glory, but alas, Im always away on biz and I have no time at all these days. Quite a lot of new stuff on it, pads were changed all round not 200 miles ago, the clutch has done only 400ish, its got adjustable springs on it, 2 big exhausts, Z-Center downpipes from the turbos, the sills were all done recently too, bomex front bumper and other lil bits here and there. As i was going to restore it, most of the interior is out at the moment, and it does need some work, bit most of it is minor cosmetics apart from the water pump. Theres no TAX or MOT. i got to around 185 in mine about 2 years ago against a r32 gtr, i nailed him lol :) as everyone else, ran out of road, still had a tiny bit left and about 200rpm before limiter if i remember right...so i guess thats its top speed

next time u wanna go fast, take off your plates, and keep that foot down, doubt VERY much the police will have anything immediatley to hand that stands a chance :p takes em at least 30mins get a chopper in the air, by that time your long gone ;)

agree with him! ^ normal people in garages cant compete with that...i think there should be a pro and street class like was mentioned earlier....i would like to compete in it next year also, my motor should be pretty sorted by then, but thats one of the reasons im backing away from the idea....cant compete with the calder or norris boys and the 20 other tuning shops that use the event as a showcase!

because its been off the road for 2 years getting stripped down a bare shell, rebuilt and a host of other gubbins done too it...only got it back on the road the day the first smash happened...and yes, it is coming over to germany next time i go :) the ring will be my weekend, not too far from it hehe :)

yup, well im not leaving it here anymore at my house, going keep it round the mother in laws which is a pain as if i want to use it i'll have to make my way there, use it, drop it off and walk 2 miles back home :rant: cheers pete, but i sourced one today, i had to move quick as im off to germany at the weekend and didnt want to leave it with a bag covering it for 3 weeks, all that damn getting it and moisture :(

anyone? its a bit annoying is this did it again tonight....dont half move tho rolling at 20 in 2nd, floor it, and i hit 70 in around 6 secs...but its not right, so weak till about 5k then it goes mental :(

Well yesterday after coverering plenty of miles running in i thought, nows probably a good time to lean on this motor a bit and make sure its running correct under some boost! Currently its just set at 7psi, so i give it some WOT from 3k - 4.5k, boost was good 7psi, it pulled ok, but it felt a bit weak! Didnt think nothing of it as im used to it being at 15psi so didnt expect it to be anything too impressive but i did expect more with having gt2530s on there now. Anyhow, later on in the day i thought, i'll give it another pop, and go a bit higher in the rpm range, so..foot down, 3k just creeping into positive boost, 4k niceley sat at 7psi, 5k OMFG!!! all hell breaks loose, rear end starts spinning like crazy, yet its still sat at 7psi? WTF?!? Any ideas? Its like lag, but the boost is there :confused:
