I have bought a new driveshaft with Z1 Motorsports , the problem is, the back part of the driveshaft, is thinner than the origicinal one , and the old screw are not "threaded" on the entire lenght. So , the screw can t be tighten !! I don t know what to do ..... if someone has installed this sort of driveshaft, what is the solution.

I will have the same problem , i try to find 18" wheels but with 10 ou 10.5 " wide. In france the rear tyres in 18" must be 285 ( law are really strict with that ) , and unfortunately, i can only find 9.5 " max.

I' ve check the link, it s not the same kit. This one is really a good copy of the Strosek, the only difference seem to be the "gas filler cap". On 300zxstyling.co.uk , the kit have more hole on the arch, and the kit Stella has installed looks better :cool: I will buy the same, but i have to know where ordered it ? I have contact Strosek for an original one, i hope it s still produced.

I leave in "bretagne" , Near Brest. It s not very far from the ferry port , cherbourg or calais. I trip to GB every two years , i have never seen a Zed on the road :( . Lotus esprit, Ferrari; Aston martin... but no Zed. Your forum is quite impressive, so much members compared to the french forum. It will be nice to see you if you trip to france.

I have mailed him several times, to ask if he ship to france, no answer. One of my friend tell me he sell only in GB, no export :headvswal

I ve seen the same question on the french forum i belong. One guy had a contact with Nissan france. And only 400 Z has been sold beetween 1990 and 1996. I think the reason is the price !! And it s not a Porsche... But now, there is a lof of import from germany. I think it s the same thing for you, with japonese import. In my region ( brittany ) , i know 4 Z owner's near my town. A lot of 90-94 model. Most of them are 90-92 with a lot of miles. A 91 model with 150 000 kms has been sold the last week, for 9000 euros. The buyer hesitate to buy a 96 model with 68 000 kms from germany , only 9900 euros.. but he thought it was suspect.

The fog front came from a shop in taiwan, specialized in used 300zx parts. So , i believe it s a japonese one. If i undersand your explanation, the front fog will provide night light too ? I have check my front fascia, to verify what has been done. The man who do the job told me the electrical connection are not the same, so, he leave this for a specialist. The old corner light bulb is still in place, behind the fascia, but the night light bulb is missing. So, perhaps he has installed it in the fog lamp. I will call him tomorrow. hello, i have just installed a JDM 99. You ll see below the picture before and after. The problem is.... on the old fascia (picture 1 ) , i ve got night light and turn light in the front bloc, and the side smoke bloc was empty. I have bought the kit on courtesy parts, but it came without the front light bloc. So, i have imported fog light ( and i think it s my mistake ) from Japon. With the new fascia ( picture 2 ), the turn signal are now in the side smoke bloc but alone, without the night light, so , i need a JDM front bloc with the night light ( picture 3 ) instead of the fog light i have installed. I hope it s a bloc with night light and not fog lamp.. Otherwise , it s mean japonase car didn't need night light ? Where can i buy this. Of course, i can put back my old front bloc but they are in a bad condition. Thx Franck
