Hello, As some of you might know i was thinking to sell my modified 300zx with an idea of getting 99spec one. Unfortunately plans have changed completely different way... Me and my Girlfriend have decided that its time to get a morgage :) I`m not running away from zed`s once im stable with money again ill get one straight away haha. I know price might seem to be a bit unrealistic so please give me any advice what should i lower it to. As I have got this super stiff caged 1jz twin turbo soarer, 300zx 99 spec 100% stock would be ideal replacement for my modded 300zx i think.

yes as we have picked up dry unit now with my friends i was thinking of same of not using over the winter and just get cheap runner for that time, and all other seasons just daily it.

Hello everyone, Some of you might know my red 300zx :) I am using my 300zx as a daily car as its fun being different haha, for the last few weeks I have kind a started thinking maybe I should sell my zed as i will never stop modding it and get an original 99spec zed, obviously save up a bit a and look for a really clean 100% original car, either here in uk(obviously not many of them are here) or just get one imported. Yes i know its expensive but it is also a good investment. In that case if I would go for 99 spec I would keep it 100% stock (Suspension and etc) that would also be much more like road friendly as its not that low and stiff to use as a daily driver. What do you guys think should i do it or not?

Haven posted for a while, been really busy, but we have changed Mantas subframe from tt no NA , so it we are moving slowly with that zed :) Here is a video: Another thing! we have finally found a unit to rent in East London, no more working outside on cars , finally we are going to have water, electricity and roof haha

Finally 300zx is done, all its left is to get those door cards on and thats it :) boot is finished, exhaust is on and etc. We have also installed 300zx carpet in to s13 and cleaned some corroded wiring plugs today. Video link:

We are almost done! Engine is 100% wired, all pipes are in, intercooler pipes are connected and etc. Engine runs without any issues on all 6 cylinders, no problems from the loom as I was scared moving that 27 year old loom around. We are on the final stretch of finishing this zed :) Video :

Wanting to hit 400-450bhp
thats what i am aiming for aswell. around 450 mark. current upgrades free flow exhaust, DNA motoring turbo elbows and down pipes, x pipe and Japspeed backboxes apexi cone air filter Greddy profec b 2 boost controller ecu socketed 555cc nismo injectors ( still need to install them) in the search for intercoolers now. would love to get 2.5 inch intercooler piping but only available in usa and the price is like 500usd+delivery+duty

One of the worst interior jobs to do is to change a heater core, it was time consuming and annoying, but it had to be done as it started leaking badly, my carpet was soaking wet and radiator empty haha Video :

Cleaning that engine bay slowly, got my radiator hard pipes painted, new thermostat, new water pipes and ofcourse nice thick radiator got installed :)

Hello, As some of you know I have bought a 300zx twin turbo manual, and after that I have found out that the engine is on low compression , so most of the parts needs to go as we are keeping shell as donor for our other rusted zed project to transplant everything from it. engine has like 95k miles on it, all the previous owner done is powder coated all the parts and changed the gaskets with timing kit, everything else is not touched and stock.

Around a week ago I have picked up 300zx twin turbo manual, as I was looking for a drift project for a long time now. I went to look at one which was on ebay for around 2 weeks and no one was bidding on it. Owner said that is has electrical problem and the fuel is to rich. Driving 240 miles one way too look at it was not bad at all, once I have seen the car it looked like a good deal as the shell is perfect no rust, undersealed, engine sounded nice but it didint wanted to start once it heads up unless you bump start it. Decided to buy it and drive the car back home, so once I got back home I have started looking for a problem, changed the ecu as it had a nistune chip , changed ptu, maf still the same problem. Spoke to like 5 different 300zx technicians and everyone said the same thing check the compression. Went and bought the tester and guess what! All 6 cylinders were on 110-120 psi of compression. So I guess we have found a problem! After few days of thinking what to do with the car, I have came up to a decision to strip the car take all the better parts of it and put them on mine. Rest of the stuff what we done need to sell and keep the shell as donor, as the zed that we have picked up with forged engine is so rusty, it is just going to be much easier dropping all the good parts in to a nice clean shell :) My car is getting new t28 turbos, new stage 3 clutch, new ally radiator, electric fans, powedercoated plenum and etc. so it is a win win situation :) So thats the quick story from the last two weeks :D last three videos if you want see the car how it looked when we have picked up and what is happening now :)

Engine bay is getting cleaner bit by bit. Finally received intercooler silicone pipes, so i could relocate my blow off valves to the original spots under the pumper. I have also adjusted my handbrake as it was literally doing nothing.

Thank you for all the comments :) I didint had any issues bleeding the system maybe the height was just enough. Got my blow off valves to original spots under the nose today, now i can remove the metal piping from the top and install silicone pipes :)
