    hi im Mario from Germany i have had the same Problem i got two consult 1 without function only error 200 so i figured out why they don t work the only Thing that could be damaged is the capacitor in the consult 1 are five of them i changed all five on both consult s than i press the 2 upper Corners and hold the on button and ... inisialized by Card ? this means ... yes it worked then press Y and the consult load both consult are working this is great :yes:
