Yes, 500+ miles from me, I'm in between Edinburgh and Dundee in Scotland, it's a long expensive trip if not as described. Very few Zed's coming up for sale north of the border, still waiting to see what gazwoz imports.

Hi, I contacted the seller via his eBay ad and was told it definitely has a replacement engine.

It's to be driven as a weekend car only, the Subaru is the work horse for trolley dings and transporting my dogs. It would be worthwhile getting a quote for the price of a phone call.

If I may ask, more or less than £200?

. How old does your zed have to be to qualify for "classic insurance"? I renewed my multi car policy today with Admiral for my Subaru Impreza and Mazda and asked for a quote for a n/a Fairlady circa 1998 with declared mods of body kit after market alloys, exhaust and an estimated value of £6k, quote was £240 full comp with protected no claims and a compulsory £100 excess. Also adding a further car to policy I would get around £45 off the other two cars, so works out about £200. Would a classic insurer yield any benefits? Thanks.
