  2. Noticed this leaking not badly burritos dripping on the down pipe It's not the best picture. But the best I could get with my phone What is it in it. It looks like it's dripping from the connector might just need tightening. It's on the passenger side hose goes in the back of the fire wall. The other side runs along the passenger side of the engine. Thinking it's coolant but can't be sure.

  10. i purchased myself a 52mm boost guage to go in a pod. nothing wrong with the cluster one but as its a jdm car its got the dodgy hhmgk blar blar blar reading. i thought i would prefer to understand my cars boost reading in english (bar) i did do a conversion guide to psi and found that the normal boost pressure 9.5psi according to the cluster pressure i teed in the new boost gauge to the balance rail nipple that goes to the stock boost solenoid. this was advised reading what other people have done. i am getting a max reading of 0.25 bar (3.62595psi) but the standard cluster reading is sits above 500 mmhg (9.6psi) so am i only getting boost reading from one turbo ? seems strange any advice ? thank you
  11. Pretty sure my Oil PSU is on its way out giving me dodgy readings. i have purchased a new one. and a 52mm gauge to put in a pod. correct size psu. i was told is next to the oil filter on the drivers side. so i jacked the car up. found the oil filter and for love nor money could i find the psu. my engine is a JDM spec engine has any one got any pictures of were this little sod is ? thank you for the advice.

  15. Coolant system. I am curious. i am looking at repositioning my overflow bottle and getting a smaller one. Does the bottle need to be vented ? on the existing tank there is a hole just below the screw cap. is this necessary ? most off the over flow tanks i have been looking at do not have a vent hole

  19. hello has any one replaced there car matts with decent ones. there are so many rubbish ones on eBay and amazon. i have bought many of there and always been disappointed with there life span. if you have bought some decent ones, were from? i was considering buying some OE ones. but second hand ones look rubbish if you are planning to re upholster. cheers
  20. I know there are the usual key and barrel, kill switches etc. but I was thinking maybe try something different instead of key or a button. What about a card. Like when you enter a hotel room. Surly there must be a way of wiring it up. Or combining a card and a start button. Curious to find out what people have done. I know there are also apps, to start your car from your smart phone. Doesn't really impress me. Still like to have something phisicall other then an app. Any ideas no matter how crazy let's have em....
  21. Great idea. I have noticed it's all brown water so it needs a flush lol Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. I noticed a big pool of water under my car as i got to work this morning and noticed a slash in my overflow bottle. probably where my tyres rubbed against the bottle. i have unplugged the hose from the bottom of the bottle and plugged this up and refilled the radiator with coolant. will this be ok to drive for a few days ? or is this essential i plus this back in and fix the bottle asap ? thanks
  23. Fitted my stereo today. Took at look at the speakers in thee front door and in the boot. Absolutely shocked on the workmanship of how these speakers have latterly just been thrown in. Like realised after the didn't fit and just let them hang and float there. I understand that ones in the front have a triangle fitment (Bose) The rear ones are round but unsure what size. Could be 6.5. I am interested in what sound setups people have done with both fronts and rears Ideally I'm thinking components in the front and mid/bass in the boot. Not a massive fan of sub woofers but I will had one if really lacking bass. But not essential. So come on guys show us what you have done to give me some ideas Thanks
  24. Got the right results got it sorted. Thanks
  25. At this point I would rather just take the car to a garage and get them to do it. I don't have a lot of time today. I do have spare car I can get about in. Just wanted this car done today to take to my nieces cristning tomorrow Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
