from the first link. it seems to me like they were racing and the guys in the fiesta drove beyond his means. so in my mind the guys in the fiesta was at fault. i know they were both speeding, but there is a limit to everybodies driving and you have to know where that is. if i was to race somebody and come sideways into say a lamppost do you expect me to sue the other guys becuase he made me do it? you crash your fault IMHO thats the way i see it. the guy seems to have pled guilty becuase he feels he had a part to play, which he did, but that is not the point. the guy in the fiesta made a personal decision to race so should accept all consiquesces even if he is dead

never used any of em to be honnest got the RAC one though the old mans garage for free. just remember to read the small print it's small for a reason guys!

IMHO the guys crashing the fiesta is a fault, who cares if they were racing. the guy who was in control of the fiesta caused death by dangerous driving. other motorists do not come in to play. sorry but thats my oppinion. the bloke sould be freeded
