  1. It's Ionic not "Iconic". I'm sorry you feel this way. You see "Mondo", this is why you should not post threads like these before finishing your dialog with the vendor.
  2. Thank you for the compliment, I am a licensed attorney at law in Mexico, so I understand the importance of making a clear reply with precise terms. You are welcome, and apologize for the incorrect verbiage used on our website. We will always be on opposite ends of the spectrum in our opinions and basic core values. I would never post private email correspondence without the other parties consent. It is the same thing as posting a private letter. For me it's not only unfair it's rude. Add to that the fact that we didn't even reach a resolution before you made your post, with my email replies. An informative post would have been very different, and my previous replies would have been different as well. Your analogy implied that your customer received an item sight unseen based on your description, you did not. But there are different part numbers for the Nissan product that you were fully aware of and you knew that one design could fit both model variations, knowledge that you know fist hand based on your own experience. That is failure to exercise your "due diligence" to verify what version was actually being offered since the original LWB could fit both models. Our items descriptions are not only text based, they are image based as well Yes they are binging and every single one of our order links and descriptions makes a reference to them. In our first section titled "MERCHANDISE RETURN - ORDER CANCELLATION" it states "Shipping is non-refundable". You as a buyer decide to do business with us under those terms. It's at our sole discretion to enforce them or not. Because the item description was not precise I decided to refund in full. Thanks to everyone else on the forum for pitching in and providing their input and knowledge.
  3. Funksi, I'm sorry that you had to fill in for me, I was truly busy all day today and was unable to reply until I got home tonight. Mondo, I never went silent, unlike some people I have a life outside of the internet, and have activities that prevent me from being online all of the time. What bothers me the most about you is how you complain and intend to excuse your oversight by blaming my product description. You made this thread with the obviously intent to defame me and coerce me into providing you a full refund. You also continue talking about your analogy, you forget one key element, you were shown pictures, your analogy mentions nothing about that. Then you go on and on asking why I believe your demands are unfair. Well let me tell you buddy they are because you didn't do your "due diligence" to ascertain that these were in fact the design that you intended to purchase. You were fully aware of the possibility that these could be in fact LWB mudguards because you already have them on your car. Then you intend to loose nothing and transfer the blame onto me without recognizing your at fault here too. We also have a BINDING agreement in our legal section that states what will happen when a customer wants to return something. Shipping charges are not refundable under any circumstance. What is going to happen here is that I will issue you that full refund, not because you are right, just because I realize you will never understand my points and you will never accept your mistake. I already accepted my mistake. My experience with you has truly been unpleasant, and will definitely have an impact on how I handle overseas orders from now on. I have nothing more to say to you, and won't invest anymore time arguing with you. Please limit your future correspondence by just providing tracking info of the parcel being shipped to either me or Simon. Your refund will be sent back after the item is in our possession. Regards! Jose.
  4. A gentleman would have at least waited for an outcome and informed the other party of their intent to publicly post their correspondence, excusing your self with my supposed "poor business practices" is no excuse. Your only valid point is that our text description implies something that we did not intend. Because in any case these are J- spec replica rear mudguards, and our replica does only fit the 2+0 because they are not flexible. Thankfully the description also includes clear pictures to help guide customers. The bottom line issue here is that you had the SOLE INTENT to acquire the SWB design variant. Even if we are a company familiar with the Z32 that doesn't make us a "know it all", specially with parts that were never sold here in the USA. You could have avoided this issue by communicating with us before that there are actual design variations other than just fitment differences between them, just to be safe and confirm. We are not totally at fault here, as Gary Wilson has posted, he can tell that it's the LWB variant by just looking at the pictures. If there was any doubt then you should have contacted us or made a thread on here before ordering. If you continue to be inflexible regarding your demands for a full refund then I will continue to be inflexible with my counter offer. I am very customer satisfaction oriented, but not when the customer has unreasonable demands and does not acknowledge their part in this situation. As veilside01702 has noted, there are other resolution options here since this is not a common transaction and the shipping costs involved back and forth are very high. I am open to a partial refund without having you ship the parts back to us. The resolution has to be fair for both of us and not just for you. And thanks to everyone who shared their thoughts on this thread. And big thanks to FunkySi for sending me the link regarding this thread. I have updated my website to reflect the information that we have learned. Regards! Jose.
  5. Are you aware that it's very impolite to post private correspondence on a public forum? I don't appreciate it at all, especially when you fail to mention it in our emails. How am I supposed to present my case if I am unaware of this thread? First off, if you were aware of the size variations, then why didn't mention it to me and verify before ordering? Secondly we have several installed pictures on our website. We even updated that webpage on October the 24th to include newer pics, that was 10 days before you submitted your order. So don't cry that you've been mislead. Third, and most importantly, the item that you received is exactly as pictured and will work as described, with 2+0 or "SWB" fitment as it's called on this forum. The OEM mudgaurds are foam, and that's why they can be made to fit the SWB or LWB models, but not our version since it's fiberglass thus SWB fitment only. My offer stands, I will offer you a full refund, minus the shipping costs. Regards! Jose.
