Freelance the best way to go and no-one to answer to. I just bought 50 quids worth of business cards, got suited up and went out and got chatting to people, worked from 9am-10pm every day 7 days a week from last september to get the customer base up and running now i sit back and watch the trade come in. Haven't been out on the road since last september for work it all comes to me :D Most expensive thing i've invested in is a powermac g5 with 23 inch cinema display for 2500 quid and that's it really. Since i started i've had full page adverts i designed published in the daily mirror and just about every local paper while i was working on a marketing campaign with a christmas party, was pulling in about 1000 a week doing that. Its the way to go matey, sod working for 10 quid an hour. I only charge 15 quid an hour for web development but i program in php modules so i just bolt them together like lego :D Doing a 5k web app for some medical consultants and i've spent hmm about 2 days on it really? lol Its stressful and i don't get much time off really but my bros going to be joining me and then i'll be sorted.

Reckon if i could get 10 people squashed into the car, £2.50 a head isn't a bad day out :D lol

I'm near to leicester matey, i specialise in self administered web applications (e-commerce, etc) and i'm starting to introduce AJAX into all my sites :D I'm trying to move more toward graphic design really, £40 an hour is infinitely more satisfying :D How about you chap? cona2k: i'd love it, love the colour and the interior and 400bhp is rather meaty :D

If i do enough websites this year i'll definately be interested :D

I wish, i haven't seen her in a month at least :( Hoping the contest finishes before we end up splitting up the way its going, i don't like the idea of having to leave the compo now its so close :(

Nope loose semi positive connection on the terminals somewhere in the system, if need be you can short the live to the semi positive or branch off the aircon semi to fix it. Either way its meraculously started working as if by magic by forcing wires in here and there :D
