Most useful life lesson learnt, helped me take my ex mates whole business off him with all his customers, cheeky f*cking c*nt. Always play the underdog and always make people believe they're better than you then pull the f*cking carpet from under their feet if they treat you badly and hit them where it hurts. I've now reaped in about 15k profit since i started in september and not been out once on the road or advertised just done the job right, buttered up the customers and make them feel like a god and they spread the word for me :)
