  1. Due to a change in circumstances I'm having to get rid of my zed. She is up for spares or repair. The drivers outer rear sill is rotten and will need replacing and the paint work could do with attention. She has a mishimoto radiator, thermostat, and turbo hoses. Separate cooler for the auto box, HID's. 2x spoilers as not sure on what to use. A set of unorthodox pulleys but for 1994 onwards. And other bits I've probably forgot about. Looking for £500 ono
  2. Yep. Mine put a smile on my face and I have not even driven it yet! Just with it Sat outside mine people would stop to look at it and if they saw me doing stuff to it they would walk over and say 'I wondered who this belonged to, nice cars' etc etc
  3. Awesome. Next year I'll probably book a room as its a long day with all the walking. Then a night out in the town. Also the zed should be up and running by then so I'll have it with me !
  4. My bad they are old formula one cars. It was alright but never saw the pier jump or the monster trucks as I went home before the pier jump(film it if you see it tomorrow?) And was distracted by a cold cider when the monster trucks were running
  5. Down and about here and it's pretty cool with the old Ford's a d the formula 3 cars
  6. Yea I'd be up for it...depending on dates as I should be doing 10 days up in Chester 4 days off etc and then off to wales on the 28th June for the week. And there's the beer festival at my local but it's a 3 day thing so can always juggle around that :p
  7. That sucks was hoping I would be able to see a few of other people's Zeds. Been staying away for work loads ATM so mine is close to getting mot'd but seems like so far from it at the same time
  8. Was going to put on my zed but not so sure anymore. Would rather just get her on the road for starters. Exact same ones on this link £250
  9. Will you do a 'how to' on it? Used to have one on my mini and it was brilliant for getting around the engine to find any leaks (not that minis are hard to work on) also saved a lot of headaches from smashing my head on the bonnet Also couldn't you put struts/hinges on it so you can flip it if by yourself?
  10. Liking the pics. I take it the bumper and wings off the car were making you think of a removable front end for ease of working on your zed?
  11. Hi all just finally pulled my finger out to go and do some more work on the zed, does the unorthodox under drive pulley set still allow use of the air con?
  12. im going down with a friend hopefully, not in my zed though...still off the road as i dont have time
  13. Probably been said before. I've read that the BMW E31 brembo's are basically the same as a R33 GTR's. Also the STI's 2005-2007 fit the Z32? Are there any other calipers that fit?
  14. thanks for all the help much appreciated
  15. thanks for all the help much appreciated
  16. Jus a quick question. How can I wire the dimmer for the dial into the existing one in the car?
  17. Jus a quick question. How can I wire the dimmer for the dial into the existing one in the car?
  18. took out the leaky radiator, didnt put a new one back in though...decided to leave it out and order the unorthodox pulley set, replaced the thermostat with a lower temp one, added an oil cooler for the auto box, changed the turbo hoses, looked at the missing dash and decided to call it a day!
  19. Top Man. Thanks for finding that. Shall be ordering one next month so then hopefully I can get the zed mot'd and actually be able to drive it!
  20. Has anyone put a mishimoto radiator into their zed? if so how did you get the radiator in? its a tight squeeze to get it past the turbo pipes!
  21. Thanks for all the comments. My drivers side just looks like the grand canyon and I'm determined not to scrap the car. I know a good body shop in Horndean but I have no mot and tax atm. Also my dash is out while I source a new heater matrix for it. Then my exhaust isn't back on yet due to the elbows being a PITA to get out.
  22. Does anyone know where I can source replacement sills from? Mine are knackered and I need to source the pannels then call in a mobile welder to fit them for me. Many thanks Dan
  23. Just struggling on accessing the top two elbow nuts by the turbo
  24. Changed my wheels from this To this Changed my exhaust And also went to fit a turbo noz chip but found this
  25. Did anyone ever do a "how to" on fitting the de cats?
