Looks a really good day out, im well gutted i couldnt make it......if i had got my nissan back a week earlier i would have defo been there

'The garage' only do engine work mate. Its 1 of the painters that i work beside - his mate owns a body/paint shop in Wishaw so he took my car up there to do as a homer. I could ask him to take a look at yours and give you a price if you want.

Nah, he was polishing it last night and told me i could go get it about 11pm so i said i'd leave it until tonight, so going to pick it up at 7pm tonight

Its either going to be tomorrow night or Wednesday night that its ready for me to take away. Aye he does everything, he done quite a big of bodywork on mines aswell

I'm picking my car up tomorrow night mate in Wishaw, if your near by then feel free to pop up and have a look at his work. As bigmincey said he is a bit fussy and won't ever give you a job back until he is 100% happy. I went up to see it last night once he was finished painting it and it was looking awesome, he's spending tonight flattening it then polishing it then it will be ready to take home tomorrow.

I got it back 2 weeks ago and took it straight to my mates paintshop to have it resprayed but im still waiting on the paint arriving, its coming from Holland, was expecting it to arrive last week some time so my cars been sat in his garage rubbed down and all masked up just waiting, its doing my head in lol, should have had it back by now. I've emailed the company who told me they had to get the paint shipped to them from their warehouse in Belgium which has delayed it but it should be with me any day now. If it comes today or tomorrow then i could have the car back and finished by the weekend which would give me a few days to actually run the car and see if everythings working ok + tidy up a lot of things inside the car etc.

Is it too late to put my name forward for this?

Same here Craig il be looking at getting mines done soon, if you get some prices we could see if we could get a deal if we give them both cars :)

It was looking nice omar, really suits the black bonnet i think. Im finally going to get back into mines soon, its been off the road for about 3 years but away getting a lot of work done to it this summer and it went for MOT on Monday and passed so going to pick it up tomorrow then its going straight to get painted then hopefully back on the road from 1st September, canny wait

Hi mate did you post it to the committee? My account has still not been activated since i renewed first thing last friday morning - i even double checked my paypal account just to make sure i had confirmed the payment and it definetley went through and was paid at 8:55am 23rd July
