I was quoted £500 today for 2 backboxes at GRAYS. Choice of about 10 different ones, but was told that they will be welded on. Is this a normal procedure?

Would it be a good idea to put nitrous on N/A? From what i've read on other zx sites, the compression ratio in N/A is tottaly diff to that in a TT engine and anything over 300bhp and you are risking blowing it up!! :(
