Sounds to me like the same problem I had and it smells like timing!! I bet everything is working smooth and no engine problems, only the car goes slow?!? I know for sure on the day I advanced my CAS I was a happy man lol, the difference was unbelievable and even though I was told to put it back where it was or risk getting the engine blown up, I still tinkered with it as it just felt more like a sports car and never had any problems like detonation or whatever...... If I were you I'd get the timing looked at, YOU DONT KNOW WHAT YOU ARE MISSING!!!!!!

Not me, but is anyone having overheating problems in this cold weather, it seems as soon as it gets a bit warm the overheating threads start poping up, just a thought to be prepared and take it easy in the summertime if that's the case.... share your knowledge on this pls.

Just get one from halfords and ground it

Why dont you disconnect the o2 sensors and see if its running better, that would determine if one of the sensors is faulty. However, i'm not sure if this could lead to engine or other components being damaged.
