ptu thats on the cam cover isnt it? double checked the plug on the ecu it looks fine no bent pins not that tight yes its been inside but im told that sometimes it does get a little damp in the garage its in

looks good matey need them spacers on there it looks like your car is trying to eat the wheels now lol

is it right that the ignition signal and the knock sensor would just stop working even when the car has not been used or could this be a knackerd ecu

Ok you may have seen my previous threads about running problems if not here I go again my zed has been sitting for three months it was fine before no problems what so ever. I chipped the ecu then the car was left for about another month tried to start it up the other day and it was running like a bag of shit missing 1 or 2 cylinders petrol coming out the exhaust stupid power light flashing at me now I did a ecu diagnostic after I fitted the ecu code 55 came up which means its ok I think :rolleyes: now I have rechecked it and its flashing a code 21 and 34 what is going on with this thing please help me guys running out of money fast to spend on her and I need to get it back up and running asap

cheers paul although I dont think you can recon this one it blow the top hose connection to peices and if I have to buy a new one I might as well buy one of those fancy koyo or howe things;)

I know how you feal bud its a ongoing pain in the arse seems to be the case for a lot of people take a break from it then get a specialist to look at it some times you just need to step away for a while have a breather;)

Noooooooo dont take the needles off what ever you do slide the new gauges up the needle the oil pressure is a pain in the arse but it will happen power line can come off any illumination wire

As far as I know the wiring from the engine bay comes out through the wing and then back into the car not sure if theres any other holes going through the bulk head not much use am I :wack:

thanks jd ill check those howe rads out I think chris from get greedy has a koyo rad lined up for me to be honest any rad will do this bloody thing hasnt moved in three months oh and fingers there just ebay el glow clocks nothing special

oh sod it I felt like smashing it up with the hard end of a ratchet I guess its koyo rad for me and a jerky drive to ztech or zen garage:(

Im so bloody pissed off with this zed ive put loads of cash into it and the sodding thing decided to blow the rad up today why wont these things just f*cking drive without needing constant attention pass me the hammer one smashed up zed coming right up
