  1. I do not have a graph I can post. I can tell you how it plots. With the nitrous the cars peak HP and TQ numbers move down on the graph compared to a pull with turbos which move up on the graph as the RPM increase. The peak for my car is around 4200 rpm for TQ (584)and 4500 rpm for Hp(524). The numbers then begin to drop and at 5500 rpm the TQ is down to 450 and HP is 425. 4000 to 5500 Rpm is the power band. In the past at the track I have always shifted at 6500 to 7000 RPM. In the future I plan on shifting at 5500 to keep the car in its power band with the nitrous. This should improve my .25 mile times. I will try and get the graph so I can post it up.
  2. It is activated by a micro switch at full throttle. Your control unit sounds like a very good system. I would love to have the ability to control percentage of delivery. This would be very useful at the track and would really help with traction off the line. Starting with 50% delivery for the first 1 to 1.5 seconds of a run would allow you to put down power more consistently.
  3. You are right about the stock injectors and stock turbos. Without the wet N2O set up I would only be able to pull 350-375 hp on my stock turbos and 370cc injectors because I would only be able to boost around 16psi before it would lean out. This wet system also allows me to push the turbos to their max even with 370cc injectors because of the extra fuel that is delivered through the wet system. The cold nitrous negates the extra heat that usually would cause the extra PSI to be of no gain when pushing these small turbos to their max. The 11.84 fuel ratio was the leanest I have ever gotten it during a dyno pull.
  4. Here are a few pictures of the Z. I need to get a few better pictures done. These are pretty bad. The second one you can see the nitrous lines on top of the intake plenum with the braided hoses covered with black insulation to help it blend in with the rest of the engine bay. Kind of going for that stealth look...lol. In the third picture is my nitrous pressure gauge and purge button I installed in the ash tray bin.
  5. Yes that first pull certainly did clean out the cobwebs....LOL. It is now running and idling smoother than is has in a long time.

  7. Hello U.K. Z owners, I would like to introduce myself. I am an owner of a 1991 300zx TT over here in the U.S. I love the Z car and am amazed at the toughness and quality that Nissan put into our cars. The performance that we can get out of the stock components that are now in my case 21 years old is amazing. Here is a list of my upgrades, JWT ECU JWT intake Profec B Spec II Dupree SS Downpipes Cat Deleted 3 inch exhaust Z-1 Larger intercoolers 60HP(44KW) NOS wet system Mechanical Fan Delete--Electric Fan installed One Piece Z-1 Drive Shaft Clutch Master Stage 4 NGK Copper Plugs Larger Oil Cooler I am still running the original stock size 370cc injectors, turbos, and engine all with 120K miles. Each year at the local dyno in our community we have a fund raising event for the Cancer Society. At the bottom I have provided a link of the video the organizer of the event posted of the two pulls from my Z last Sunday. First pull cleaned out the intake and exhaust with a nice puff of black soot at the start of the pull. Car is now idling and running smoother than ever, 22 psi and a 60 shot(44KW) of N2O is better than a treatment of sea foam any day...LOL. The pulls spiked to 22 PSI and leveled out at 18-19 on my little stock turbos. Peak HP 524(385KW) and 584 Torque foot pounds(unsure of correct metric conversion) with the nitrous which in the case of turbo cars added more than the rated 60HP(44KW). This is with the original sized stock 370cc injectors, turbos, and engine all with 120K miles. Nissan sure knows how to build them. I would also like to add that you have a great board over here.
