  1. hi all i writing on behalf of my mate as hes not all that good at this sorta thing, now yesterday we done an auto to manual transmission conversion on his car now we have come to sart the car and the battery light is on (but is charging at 14.38V) and the lights check and ABS warning light are on, i believe he has told me that on his way home last night the HICASS light came on the steering went heavy and the speedo wont work either, now just a question a the front of the car behind the drivers sidehead lamp there are 4 connector plugs one i belive to be a 6 pin plug with small wires, one is a single plug on its own with a medium size wire coming out and there are 2, 2 pin plugs with some bigish wires coming out of them now i was just wondering what they are fo as i think these may have something to do with them? (oh by the way i dont mean the 3 plugs by the HICASS pump under the bonnet, but the ones that are sort of below the pump and right behind the drivers head lamp?? i am sorry in advance for my terminology used lol but if some one could let me in to the secret as to what these wires do that would be good, many thanks in advance, si P.S. these wires come from these plugs then go in to a big wiring loom that looks to run back towards the bulk head then the look goes down and to the alternator area??
