Can someone explain what a google spider is please. I have noticed that sometimes in the who's online quick links it says the members who are on it says that guests are on but it also says google spider? I may be dim but this has me stumped. Thanks

The removal of the counter might help stop whoring and you can still look if you click on the indivduals username. I certainly wont miss it. It was fun on occasion but nothing to get exited about by being removed. I dont know about whinging about it. There are plenty of more serious things to whing about IMO. But I'll leave that to the whingers who ever they are?

Wont your local MOT station set them up for you for a small fee?

WOTW's was OK. the smiths was OTT. but then thats what the public seem to want and that was OK too. The last Star wars film was excellent if you like special effects and it wrapped the story up very well. My favourite film this year was "Sin City" I just thought it was great.

Hi Alax. I did have a problem with one it kept jumping off but they all seem ok and I have checked in the dark for drifting sparks and nothing.

Well I just went for a little ride again and it seems ok now but every now and agin it seems to spit at me??? I dont know but could it be the damp weather mixed with the fact that it dont get a lot of use? The problem does seem intermittant.

I noticed that you can still click on the user name and see what posts he/she has got. So thats ok for those that are bothered. I have got a lot of posts to my name but i dont think I have very often posted to get my count up. My story lies in my job. I get in from work still buzzing and come on here to wind down. Sometimes finding myself wound up. But thats another story. The result of my early morning posting is a lot of threads posted througout the evening need answering. But I am truley not bothered about the post count meter being there or not. It did cause some funny threads though. N'mind eh?

Now you have a good point there stella. I dont agree that post whoreing was an abuse of the system Chris. Not bashing you bud thats your opinion I know but on reflection I think the big brother tactics are not going to boost the confidence of the paying member. I aint that bothered about post whoreing just dont like supression of any form. Ok the mods do a great job but I think they should consider the wants of the majority and put more things to the vote? Rather than just deleting and restricting at their leisure.(IMO.also)

I just went round the shop to get some vodka and on the way back put the pedal to the metal and she flew. slowed and stopped at a junction pulled away and putt putt. Its still running but like its on 5 pots? Its too dark and cold to get under the bonnet now It'll have to wait until the morning. I just hope its as simple as coil as come off as its happened before.
