Thanks for the offer Reb'. ;) I have sky plus and thats plenty for the ol lady mate. I havent heard about the 3 for 30 scheme. I still get my phone line for the home phone and another one for the fax. which is a waste of space as I hardly use it. EMail is much better???? I only get the big 5 from NTL on the TV. Cheers bud. Thanks Angus. Thanks Rich. I am not very clever when it comes to all things internet but any test I have done says its about 3.5 Mb (best) download speed. is this right for a 10 Mb connection. It dont sound right?

Alternatively can someone in the know direct me to a decent speed test to test my connection speed please. My concern is that I have noticed no difference but am being charged? I should be on 10Mb not 3Mb. Thanks

I have been told that NTL are going to up the ante and customers on 3Mb connection will be on 8 Mb? I have not noticed any change in speed yet. My question is (and please dont think I'm being nosey) But what connection and speed do you have? Who is it with? and How much does it cost? MINE: 3Mb Cable, NTL, £34.00 P/m

if you copy and paste this it should come up a bit bigger: Trouble is its always a lot harder to increase the size as you loose resolution.

Yes mate I have got to calibrate them. they are there for the looks at the moment as I am useing my sat-nav for a speedo. At 80 MPH they are 12 MPH behind. But hey! they look good dont they? LOL. Mind you I have got a set of 160 MPH clocks with a ally bezel that I am going to sell I was going to use them but I couldnt bring myself to strip down another set of clocks.

I have finally got around to fitting the indiglo clocks and am in the process of installing the ally dash kit. and to be quite honest I am pleased so far with the progression of my mods. The mirrors needed to be fooked about with and aint finished yet but will look nice when they are. Just thought I would share this... :bow:

Well I phoned the bedford main dealer about my surging problems with the Volvo and he thinks I might be covered by a re-call on this model. So fingers crossed it aint going to cost me an arm and a leg to get sorted. I might have a deal sorted on it as I want an estate as my OTHER CAR and the blokes got an 850 T5 in great condition with full leather and its manual which is a bonus.
