i remember watching a programe about that guy they found a whole foot to

it is usually a set price for so many parts e.g replace 1 major part £160 as you said and it goes up depending how many parts need changing. Most boiler manufactures do this aswell, they will send their engineers out to fix the boiler at a fixed price. as i said if you give me the boiler name and model i might be able to sort something out for you, or drop me an email tmdplumbing@btopenworld.com

if it is PCB it will need replacing but get engineer out to check fault codes are quite good at telling you whats wrong tell me what boiler it is i can give you idea of price

i think if you put manual tubs on an auto you will have lag as there bigger and take longer to spool up
