just wondering, you were saying about decat's that they can send worn turbo's over the edge does this mean if i put new tubs on and decat would they last as long as if i wasn't to decat

is the turbo gearbox the same as the N/A one because £400 has got me intrested now and might look out for a knakered zed. who is the closest to wales who does the converssion

thanks guys i was thinking of changing the auto ecu as i have a few things with the auto i think is wrong and think the ecu needs to be changed to try

you guys know more than me but as i have said before i am not impressed with the performance not for a car with 300hp (i think something is wrong with my zed). this is why i was thinking of a manual conversion, this and reliabilaty. my main problem is when doing 20-30mph following solw traffic i floor it to over take and it kicks down to 2nd and crawls past when i think it should be 1st i have been caught out by on coming traffic. any of your zeds do this, i think someone who has driven alot of zeds will have to have a go in my to give comment

i have read cars in japan were not allowed to be over 280 bhp (gentlemens agreement) this wasnt the case the zed which is 300bhp, supra 326 bhp approx and the skyline is 280bhp i dont think so. alot of cars are quoted as 280 bhp but arent. i read that the fuel made a differance aswell 101 jap to 95 uk. thing is none of us hardly leave them standard so whats the beef there a quick car. on the manual to auto conversion is the differance that little because i have a nissan book quoting 0-60 as 5.6 manual and 6.1 auto which to me isnt bad for an auto

i am looking for disks to i just warped mine and my zed is undrive able how much for a skyline brake and disk upgrade is it a bolt off bolt on job or another classic zed pain in the @ss. p.s any ideas of price for brembo disks (if i dont do skyline upgrade)

a guy was asking on this site about getting rid of his hicas and alot of you said to get rid of it with a by-pass bar. im thinking why do you have to do this, cant you just pull a fuse or cut a wire. im only asking because i would like to try mine without hicas so im trying to find a reverseable way to try it out any ideas

im up dating my home separates im getting technics sa-da10 amp and dvd-a10 dvd audio player but i would like to put the su-c1010 power amp on to the system can this be done. the make of the seprates dont matter i just put them up there so no one asks what ones i am getting. in short can you have a power amp and a home cinema amp together :dance:

can you explain how they work, i have one fitted and has done nothing. i think there is two lights one for power and one to show when it will change gear i was told this gets brighter the more throttle you put on then changes gear quicker than normal my light only does this if flat to the boards

my HKS ALC didnt work on my old box and i dont think it works on this one too so it might be atuo ecu i have to try another

i changed my box from a uk auto to a jap the gear change isnt that smooth it still feels the same as the other box could this be the TPS you said any ideas

THURSDAY 11.20 i missed it to. what was it on there for

revolution and 360 for me. there are only a few games on the playstations that you cant get on the other systems or pc and those games dont intrest me so it was bye bye ps and ps2. xbox do produce the best games no doubt and thats not a bias opinion i have owned all the next gen machines dreamcast,ps2,xbox,gamecube,panasonic Q and the xbox takes all my time, that and talking to you guys and gals. i just hope the new systems arent an excuse to make rehash of old games with better graphics i think the games industry is in a rut at the moment churning out the same games. thats my opinion after 20 years of gaming

im thinking of doing the same with mine but i will keep it the same colour. its had a real crap paint job before they still left the sand paper marks and bits of crap on the body and my one wing looks like an orange. is there a certain filler you guys recommend and advice about doing a good job i was going to use a DA. also what about fitting wide arces :hyper: i will start it in september ready for next summer (wedding)

i cant seem to find the wire with that diagram, i have that manual but it doesn't say what colour the wire is or is there a way to count the wires if so where to start from
