Yo guys, as you know i looking waiting for some autostada alloys to pop up, soi went to check the size of mine to make sure i buy a matching set in the same size. i went to have a look measured and come up with these measurements. i thought these alloys only come in 16" and 17"'s mine are saying 18.5 and so on ...are these alloys measure differently? or maybe mine have been converted? 1 2 3 4 5 thankz

yeah i was going to get the selin kit with the 2 mafs , the reason for doing it this way is because im upgrading certain parts as stages. I dont know how high im going to go for bhp but having the suffciant amount of air and a good ecu to run it and future upgrades is my main concern for the bigger upgrades later .but either way just want to know if anyone is running a z1 ecu ?and is it good or not good. thankz broz

Hi guys im upgrading my air intake to a duel maf intake, with my next engine service ( swb tt 1989 ). Apparently to manage the new air stat's and fuel efficiency i need an upgraded ECU to manage every thing. here the link: http://www.z1motorsports.com/product_info.php?products_id=5 I was goingto go for the z1 ecu with the eprom chip to do this, is this ok for now and future processes. big z thanks

Yo guys, I am about to put a full set of camber arms steering rods and more for my swb tt (like in the picture's) last week i put on the lock out hicas bar for the rear, so now im doing the camber arms and so on at the same time. cause the whole car alignment is out of wack. got a guy who's going put it all on for me, but I need settings for the camber and so on. can you give me straight forward settings for the camber and also the suspension for i want a good ride height and set up. about an inch from the tyre front and back (don't worry rear arches are rolled) Give any advice if needed for its my 1st time doing this. So it's ok to get new tie rods with the adjustable ball joint at the end this time?

On the way to work this morning i pulled over suddenly to talk to a mate,went off again and the back of the car was do some Craziness, then I found out that the rear tie rod snapped??? or was cut ??? please look at the pics and tell me what type of breakage it is? I think its is a snap but i don't know. Reason why is just in case i got some haters in the area.......lol to replace the part all i need is a rear tie rod right? thanks peeps

Hi mates, got a problem, i went for a 45 min drive got home the car was ok, i got a turbo timer but it didnt activate when i switched the key. when the engine shut off i see smoke / condensation coming from the engine, heard a hissing noise and it coming from the back of the engine near the turbo's. Checked what type of liquid it was , it has to be coolant or water. anyone know what could of let loose ? going garage tomorrow to what it was ill try to get pictures. Z

it wasn't a crack /split ..... it was where it was welded originally.

Had a closer look at the pic i think your right, it must be con caving/ wadding extra in and out on a left over piece of metal, i know it early but i looked around and its called a suspension knee member if im correct.(I couldn't sleep!) got tension rods coming today need to find that part as well now !!! :D see if i can get it be for weekend.
