  1. At a bit of a stab in the dark... The blue hue might come off the back if the dials. Try using a glass fibre pen. You can get them in Halfords scratch repair kits. Did this on a friends focus rs to remove the standard green hue and then just use whatever bulbs he wanted to create the desired colour. I'm saying all this as a complete guess as I'm not sure what the backs of the clocks are like
  2. Jeff ad always your a god amongst us mere mortals. Maf shouldn't be too hard, what's the crank angle like to get to? Easily located?
  3. Not sure how it's been raised. There's no controller that I know of and it isn't spikey enough for me to suspect jets. I've used the resistor mod to bypass safety boost so not sure if that could be causing anything? There's absolutely nO performance issues anywhere which makes me wonder a little!
  4. It's kinda like I just tOtally step off the gas. It doesn't rev or anything but then again as soon as it happens I take my foot off the gas anyway. It's running that boost but unsure if it's been chopped etc. I'll see if it does it at the same speed at the weekend.its a bit wet at the minute. Ecu just has a det sensor code in it but I can't ever hear any det and I've listened hard. Not sure if any members could have a drive over one weekend to possibly diagnose?
  5. How do I remove it if it is this?
  6. Just read the last paragraph there, to be totally clear it doesn't hesitate until the cut out of power
  7. As the title says really..... Occasionally when I decide to give it a boot full on a motorway for example I can be doing 70, foot all the the way down. It'll kick down and usually go through that gear and without any warning part way through the next gear it just cuts all power. Bit as if I've all of a sudden plonked it in to neutral. No noises or smoke or anything.... It's a 91 tt auto import. Running 14 psi with usual stage 1 mods. Any ideas? Like I say, there's no hesitation apart from occasionally on full throttle. Cheers Joel
  8. Gallon of petrol would be nice :)
  9. Not a car mag unfortunately but I flicked through my local pub mag and saw the silhouette of the stealthy 300! Anyone else seen their car in a sly pic? Google earth also has one of my old minis in the exact same spot (I always park in the same place) [/img]
  10. I think the only differences were the colour of the standard cover ( I upgraded to cream and blue) and possibly a different version of snake? My favourite ever has to be my 7110 I had. Nobody can deny the feeling of clicking the button to have the "tshum" and the cover fly down as well as feeling your in the matrix :)
  11. Does it have a parking aerial jobby on the front?
  12. They need work but still very sexy!
  13. Nothing beats a 3210 for battery life. Fact. I'm sure they must have some kind of in built power station the amount of time they ran for!
  14. Couple of androids here. Not too keen on the gold- little flashy for me!
  15. Haha I'll bear it in mind. The backs sit perfectly flush just need the fronts out by about 5mm. Centre caps are so detailed too as well as an air brushed type "amkread" on a spoke on each wheel. You want a pic? :)
