Hi Guys! Ive originally posted this in the ZClub but a Zed is a Zed! We had a few of you guys down for petrolhead nirvana a few weeks ago and we got speaking to the Hero that is Steve Burns. We spoke about having a Z only day down at LMM, we can get you guys to bring the 3 best Zeds you have t offer inside the museum in the studio for some crispy shots. All we need is a date, we are NOT located in central London and we have plenty of parking. Steve said that some of you guys pictured us like the transport museum! We are very different! How are you guys for the end of November? Alvin LMM team

Hi Guys, What Oil do some of you run? Im just wondering what the best is to put in the Z31 with the DOHC engine. Alvin LMM

Yeah we know they are a different car, but a VG30DET (Which is whats in our Z) is extremely similar to a VG30DETT because its from the same era. The Z31 VG30ET is very different. LMM Team

Has anyone bought a waterpump from nissan lately?

Mikes Z31 has an RB25 in it! He would more than likely know though

The engine bay seems to be getting rather hot. Alot hotter than usual.

could it be a boost leak?

Its a Nismo built VG30DET from a Leopard, Impul Racing Ecu with a bigger turbo!

Its not a Z31 engine! lol

It does have a VG30DET, but not this one? if that makes sense, this engine was only available in japan in the mid to late 90's. Not alot of em around, but alot of parts are interchangable from the Z32

Baring in mind its not the standard engine! Its very similar to the VG30DETT in the Z32

Hi Z heads! The Z31 we have here has a VG30DET (Single turbo from a nissan gloria/Leopard) It hasnt drove for the best part of 2 months, stared it up yesterday on the button, took it for a spin and its boosting at just under .5 of a bar, before this it used to boost 1.1/1.2 bar. Any suggestions? Doesnt feel like a boost leak. LMM Team.
