Yes I did have a boost controller, but I bypassed it and used 0.8mm mig jets and only got 7psi boost. I dont know if both have gone but i will try putting 10psi down each actuator pipe to see which side has gone. thanks :)

After a recent dyno run and a few tests of our own (thanks AndyP) it would appear that one or both of my wastegate actuators are buggered on my Z.. Anyone got an idea of how much these are and where i can get them from? Also if anyone has had someone (ie garage) fit them, how much would i be looking at as a labour figure? Cheers Pete

Also from today it seems that i have a buggered wastegate actuator(s). Boost is very unstable over 4500 rpm. I wasnt too sure if it was a misconfigure boost controller so when i got back I put some 0.8mm mig jets onto the pipe and bypassed the controller. Mig jets of that size should have produced a massive boost but all i got was 6.5psi..... they are fooked so thats something else to add to the shopping list. At least i know now. This TDI place is really good!!!
