  1. Mmm mine was £50 wish I had a fund allowing that kind of dent ;-) was only trying to help the fellow members. I currently have Steve @ FC tuning arranging dyno time down the SW ANYONE INTERESTED ? He is a legend when it comes to mapping cars.
  2. Sorry not allowed to release info about this without permission of the guardians bud, fitted it to mine and it works a treat for mapping. 3rd gear holds a treat. If you, like me had issues with it dropping a gear during a power trial might need to clear this with your admin. my largo is currently running 380/ 405 Whp @ 1.1 bar or 16 Psi. Spins up like crap in 1st and 2nd :-/ dread it at 1.8/9 bar It's already scary as FOOK now.
  3. Fair enough, i totally understand. I have one on way, just thought someone else might want a manual controller too. Hutch
  4. Found a Manual controller, for use on the RE4R01A / RE4R03A Gearbox. Basic wiring and a gated control unit, should do the trick nicely. These will fit the Z gearbox too if some one wanted to get there car mapped or just wanted to change gear when they want, not when the Auto box decides etc. Hutch
  5. I'm looking into the serena setup, believe they are close to the largo engine configuration and they are on a cable setup. Have to be able to convert a inline gearbox. Hutch
  6. Might be possible i guess, thankyou. Will look into that. Hutch
  7. First mapping session we saw over 350 Hp @ .8 Bar, It kept maxing out the old style rollers we were using and smoking up the tyre's.I will be running 1.8 Bar When completely mapped up. Hopefully get to surrey really soon for Ryan @ 2 Bar Tuning to get it finished before Japfest. Have track time booked, If not then i will just tweak it up to 1 Bar and have a little bit of safe fun. Hutch
  8. Might be able to chop the gear stick off in the box itself and attach linkage to that maybe ? Hutch
  9. Don't laugh but i have a Nissan Largo, i would like to know if there is anything on the market to convert a Z Manual gearbox into a cable or rod control one. The reason i ask is because the Largo runs the same 300Z auto gearbox. The problem i have is too much power for an auto gearbox and no way of controlling it. I have done the first KA24DE Turbo conversion in the UK and although it might be able to handle the 500+ Hp it will not control very well with the massive amount of Torque. If i could bolt on a Manual G Box and figure out how to run cable's to the gearstick that would be great, it's not that hard to fit a clutch pedal and master cylinder etc but my engine is under the seats and the gearbox is behind that. Any idea's fella's ? I know i don't actually own a Z but i have worked on many and we all come under the Nissan umbrella. Have enclosed a couple of pics, Many thanks in Advance. Hutch
