Sorry about Delay dadypain. They are very easy to fit expect to part with another 25 quid to have em delivered to you when they reach the uk due to the weight. As krsmayo says they are located where the air filter is. If you want and if im not to busy id be more than happy to help you fit them in as Cris "krsmayo" once offered.

I just ripped the thing out and am thinking of chukcing it away i bought it from ebay s dont fall for the crappy scam!!!! What a waste of time. This apparent Delimter/Convertor has four wires. Red = IGN Black = GND Yellow = Connect to the white plug yellow and blue wire Grey = Connect to the screw which leads to the yellow and blue wire. which is the third screw nxt to the GND. Now then what happens is when i press my water jets button to sprnkle water th speedo just starts to jump to 90 khm 120khm the more i press the sprinkler button the more it jumps!!!!!!!!! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH Oh yeah this is when the car is stationery I tried to take it over 120khm but no its not going it not bloody going !! Have i done something wrong before i tell ebay i want this guy to stop selling crap stuff!

Lofty44: Both Blow offs and Dump valves are the same thing they fit where the re-circ dumpvalves fit which are located in the bottom half of your front bumper. They will be on either side of the K&N filter (s) you say you have but in order to gain acess to them you must unbolt the top two nuts holding the middle plactic piece in between you main lights.

I double that . Paul yor aim is to get the springs at the length Cris aka "KRSMAYO" says which is 4 and 1/2inchs long . Let me know if there is anything i can do. I also bought the ones off ebay from the U.S the only problem was i paid 35 dollars for them to leave the U.S and another 25pounds for them to be delivered to my house.

do these work just aswell on an automatic ?? and is there loads of work required or can it be done yourself?

Last attempt before i disconnect the whole thing. Guys you know that Green/Yellow wire which needs to be cut from the white plug in back of the dials panel. When you cut it, it becomes 2 wires now then do i connect the yellow wire from the delimiter to the green/yellow wire comming out of the plug in the dial panel or connect the yellow wire to the other side of the wire.?????

they were long approx 7inch so i cut em both and the vacs have been extended by approx 3-4inchs both sides they sound like a dream defo like em! hope that helps paulbrem

Thanx to cris iv got it sorted they needed to be cut to 4 ad 1/2 inch mate cheerz guys they sound WICKED! iv got one allowing the air to release slowly whilst the othr releases quickly pretty sure they used these in fast and furious or if he didnt they should have!!! Thanx for all the input guys and cris your a star mate!! Who said automatics sound crap with em on heeheeh im going out to scare the granny`s :dance: :dance:

Just done a search not found anything usefull only 4 links which do not relate to the settings to much. Im reading thru the manual and the first step is to set the Solenoid Valve Duty Cycle: Its says Drive in a gear with heavy load....... How on earth do you do that in an automatic??? :headvswal :headvswal Can anyone be so kind as to gve me the settings they are running as my cars got serious detting and fuel cutting at 60mph.. Any help is welcome

HexaKing: Mate iv got the same problems. My steering goes and comes back after switching the car off. The speedo does not go over 60-70 kph and then the needle bounces. The motors feeling weird anyone know the probable cause. Right all you helpfull guys!!! Thanx for all the support so far this dmpvalve issue is only one of my many probs as the Delimiter has been playing up see other thread if interested. Anyhows I will take pics of the install of dumpvalves. I have taken the re-cirs out completely as the size of these dumpvalves did not permit the fitting with re-cirs in place. I have blocked off the pipe which feeds into the air filter. I did loosen the dumpvalves and its making noises now just do not sound as sexy as the noise form my 200sx dump valve am going to have another look as 2 dumpvalves should be better than 1

wish i had a manual thats the next mod on the motor greg. I know lifes a joke but as you know people come to the tech section due to havin problems they can not fix and require other 300zx`er (experts, pro or novices) to shed some light on. Its not a hobby sitting here talking to people about dumpvalves not working. This forum has a section called non related zx chat where the humour can be saved for. P.s: NICE CAR! greg

paulbeam the instructions stated to just fit them into where the re-cir dumpvalves were so they are at an angle i also had to extend the vacume pipe and have checked for any leak , when i took the motor out for a rip around it made a slight noise but was overpowered by the filter.
